Legislative Involvement
Chartered by NAPPS; APSA's training and certification classes satisfy Arizona Code of Judicial Administration §7-204 requirements and are recognized in Arizona court rules.
Notable Information
APSA is the only Arizona process server association chartered by NAPPS. It maintains one of the best training and certification programs in the United States — the Arizona Certified Process Server (ACPS) program — which is recognized by the Arizona court system. Chartered in 1986.
