Legislative Involvement
PSACO petitioned the Colorado Supreme Court Civil Rules Committee for changes to C.R.C.P. Rule 4 allowing unsworn affidavits, which was subsequently adopted. PSACO works actively on relationships with law enforcement and judicial associations, and has 2025 goals around addressing gated community access and civil assists.
