Our Promise: As your website hosting service provider, we promise to keep all automation you’ve selected up to date and operational. Errors can occur for many reasons that are out of our control. When an error occurs you will need to email us at support@mightyautomation.com and a tech support person will have a solution within 24 hours. Cancellation Policy: To cancel your Website Subscription, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to your requested termination date. If you want rights to the website design, you have the option to purchase the website in full and we will provide you the website files after purchase is made. Domain host transfers can take up to 30 days. If you are going to make a change, please plan accordingly. Failed Payments: All membership payments and fees are auto-debited from your account. There is a $25 fee charged for failed payments not corrected in the allotted 7-day time frame. Authorization and Confirmation: Once you click submit, your request is sent to our office and the Credit Card details are hidden from view. The card information is stored in our secure payment portal (Stripe) for your convenience and peace of mind. By submitting this request you are confirming that you understand the monthly charges of this subscription are non-refundable nor non-contestable. This Authorization Agreement shall act as a guarantee of payment for any and all charges incurred for services, memberships, or products rendered. We reserve the right to charge your card for any past due balance not paid within our credit terms. All policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice. If Marshall Process Service, llc is found to be in violation of our Code of Conduct as a Professional Process Server, they will be removed from our directory, lose their membership, and forfeit all associated benefits. Additionally, you, the "Client," will receive a full refund provided by Mighty Enterprises Inc. Restrictions Apply. See Terms of Service for details.
