Notes

  • Meeting Overview: Mighty Mike Reid led the April 29th Mighty Nation meeting, sharing updates on recent activities, including the NAPPS conference (00:13:29), and new developments in the Mighty Process Server app (00:18:23).  They also discussed marketing strategies and the community's growth (00:31:08) (00:52:21).

  • NAPPS Conference Recap: Mighty Mike Reid detailed their experience at the NAPPS conference in Orlando, highlighting networking opportunities with industry legends like Steve Glenn (00:15:30), and participation in poker (00:16:31). They emphasized the value of attending conferences despite the cost, recommending it once one's income reaches a certain level (00:13:29).

  • Mighty Nation Rebranding:  The name of the paid membership program is changing from Mighty Premium to Mighty Nation.  Mighty Mike Reid explained their reasoning for the change and stated the goal is to provide significant value to members without additional charges (00:14:25).

  • Mighty Process Server App Update: Significant progress was made on the Mighty Process Server app, with a focus on a new jobs board featuring a bidding system, replacing the previous application process (00:18:23). The app will also include a "dispatch board" for sending jobs to other process servers nationwide (00:20:13).  A new "My Jobs" tab will be added to track accepted and completed jobs (00:19:24).

  • App Features and Search Functionality: The app is incorporating a new search feature based on zip codes, expanding beyond the current state-and-county based directory (00:20:57).  Users will be able to post jobs specifying payment amounts and review bids from other users (00:20:13).  A review system is being developed where only those who paid through the app can leave reviews (00:22:46).

  • Directory Quote Requests: The process server directory is receiving many quote requests daily (00:17:26). Although it is currently difficult to track whether these requests result in business, the new app is intended to help address this issue (00:18:23).

  • New Member Welcome: James Cassaday, a new Mighty Nation member from Missouri, was welcomed to the community (00:20:57).

  • Member Ranking System: The app will utilize a two-factor ranking system: proximity to the client's location (based on Google's algorithm) and client reviews submitted through the app (00:22:46). Additional ranking boosts will be provided for uploading certifications and insurance information (00:23:44).

  • Mighty Automation and Email Management: Mighty Mike Reid clarified that while Mighty Automation, included in Mighty Nation, allows for email management, they recommend keeping one’s main business email separate from marketing emails managed through Mighty Automation (00:34:21).

  • SEO and Uber Suggest Tool:  Mighty Mike Reid introduced Uber Suggest, a new SEO tool offered to Mighty Nation members, and highlighted the reports Mary Support Team will create using the tool to help members improve their SEO ranking (00:36:25).  The report will identify areas for improvement, and the team will work to implement the changes (00:38:20).

  • Google Ads and Targeted Marketing:  In response to a question, Mighty Mike Reid suggested that Jessica Claycomb use Google Ads to target a landing page for a specific service she offers, emphasizing the value of using long-tail keywords to target specific niche searches (00:41:19) (00:43:07).  They also discussed retargeting options within Google Ads (00:45:22).

  • Community Growth and Marketing: Mighty Mike Reid stated the community is growing organically and intends to begin running ads soon across different platforms including Google, Facebook, and YouTube. They emphasized the importance of keeping the focus on process serving related content (00:52:21).

  • AI and Cybersecurity: Mighty Mike Reid cautioned members about the potential risks of AI misuse, particularly regarding password security.  They advised using multi-factor authentication and avoiding suspicious links (00:54:21).  Additionally, they discussed the vulnerability of text authentication to hacking (00:57:12).

  • NAPPS Conference Next Year:  The meeting concluded with a discussion about attending the NAPPS conference in Cleveland in April 2024 (01:01:29).  Shawn Griffin shared their positive experience and success in obtaining jobs through networking at the conference (01:03:02).

  • Book Writing Project:  Mighty Mike Reid shared an update on their book-writing project, and  explained plans for a book launch team to provide feedback and receive recognition in the book (01:03:59).  They framed the book as a tool for establishing oneself as an industry expert (01:05:40).

Mighty Mike Reid: All right. All right. All right. Let's get it rocking and rolling. Looks like we're already recording. All right.
Rhino Justice: Mike, I'm here today. I'm just not on camera. This
Mighty Mike Reid: Okay.
Rhino Justice: is Adele. This is Adele.
Mighty Mike Reid: Well, welcome. Welcome. So today, um um we'll get we're going to give it a few more minutes. People are still trickling in here. I'll be right back. All right, just waiting for every waiting for people to get started. I'm um excited. I got these uh new gun cases. They keep it safe. For those of you guys that don't have something like this, it makes it quick muscle memory. Something you can keep in your car, actually bolt down inside your car. Um, as always, I always say don't care if you uh if you aren't prepared to use it and trained and um all that good stuff.

00:13:29

Mighty Mike Reid: So, let's go ahead and get started. Today is April 29th and uh I just got back from NAPPS conference. I spent a week in Orlando. I rented a Harley for two days. I um went to the beaches and rode around and had a great time. Um I always recommend people go to the conferences and make the most of the trips. It is not cheap to travel. Uh you know, when I first started, I remember that first time dropping about $1,000 on on just hotel, right? And then the conference was a few hundred and the tickets were a few hundred. It's like $2,000. I mean, by the time you're done, you it c it cost you about 35 serves to go to conference. And you got to ask yourself if that's worth it or not. Um, when you first start out, I say don't do it. And then when you, you know, when you're doing pretty well, you're making about $10,000 a month, I say that's a the baseline.

00:14:25

Mighty Mike Reid: That's where it begins as a career. It's what I always say. Uh, and because then you can actually pay your bills. You can actually survive on it. You could actually do it as a full-time income. Uh, so some some old business we're going to get started with right away and then we'll do some introductions. Anyone who wants to introduce themselves, you're welcome to come to these meetings uh live every Tuesday at 1 p.m. My team also comes to these meetings. I have a team of amazing virtual assistants that come and they actually have a laundry list of things they do for me for my different businesses, in particular, Mighty Automation and Mighty Process Server, helping you guys as a community um learn how to implement the tools that I give you on top of your membership. Um, moving forward, uh, the name we're we're changing the name of, um, of our paid membership and it's called, it's been called Mighty Premium. I've never felt great about that word, uh, I because really the whole point is to have one fee and I just keep stacking on value, just insane value, um, without charging any extra.

00:15:30

Mighty Mike Reid: That's the goal. Uh, so what what we're doing is we're changing it to Mighty Nation. That's going to be the name of our our our membership, Mighty Nation. And I want to just give them everything. Give give our Mighty Nation members uh all that I can. So, let's go ahead and dive into it. So, NAP's conference. Um I was able to see some old friends. I was able to connect with uh Steve Glenn over in Colorado and uh he's been a legend in the industry for a long time. He owns Magnum Diego and he wants to come in and start doing some videos inside the community. So, we're going to do some collaboration there. And it just reminded me of one of the visions I had was, you know, if you're if you're someone who's been in the industry, you're crushing it, you're doing a great job. Of course, I want you to come in and and do a um the mighty spotlight, mighty process server spotlight because I want to spotlight your company as someone in the industry that's doing big things, but also I want to give your company some highlight, right?

00:16:31

Mighty Mike Reid: Like that's the goal is give you some value. Um but if you're an expert in your state and you're in the community, then let's let's get together and and teach a class for free. All the knowledge we give here is free. It's always free. All knowledge is free. It's implementation that you have to put forth yourself. And if you need help implementing, we have products that I do charge for uh to help you implement at a higher level. Right. So, poker, I got fourth place in poker. Um there was a there's a lot of people a lot of people played. Um, and uh, I just kept getting bad hands. And so I just I just played very conservatively. That's the only reason I made it so far is because I just played super conservative. And so I got to fourth place. Um, and uh, you don't get anything for fourth place.

00:17:26

Mighty Mike Reid: You know that. There was one hand. I know not everybody's a poker fan, but
Rhino Justice: No participation goal. No participant participation medal these days.
Mighty Mike Reid: no, no, no, no participation medal. But I will tell you, I uh I showed up and I played a good game and I had a lot of fun, you know, and I think I don't know, someone said it's like 150 bucks. I want to say it's more like $40 buy in. Um, and I had a lot of fun. Yeah. Got to see Shawn. I don't know if he's on yet. Got to meet Shawn in person. That was pretty cool. I don't know why, but for some reason whenever I saw Shawn and on video, I thought he was tall, but I'm taller than him.
Dawn Hartwell: That's so wrong.
Mighty Mike Reid: I love Sean. But yeah, so uh what else? Oh yeah, so the directory is getting um lots of quote requests.

00:18:23

Mighty Mike Reid: sometimes 30 40 quote requests a day in Mighty Process Server for different direct directory listings all over the country. It's really cool to see people um getting getting that traction. I will say that you guys uh there's no way to tell if you're getting business from it. And so with the app uh developing the app, I just got off a call with my developer this morning and he's he's doing some stuff. I'm going to do a quick screen share. Oh man, this one makes it all complicated. Mute website notifications. Yeah. Yeah, this screen. I think I think that's how you do it. Let's see. You see my screen?
Mark Success Team: Yep.
Mighty Mike Reid: Okay. All right. So, he's working on it right now. So, it's a little bit uh I wouldn't expect to go in there and be able to h have it function, but inside the app um he's building out the jobs board right now so that you could post a job and people can bid on it.

00:19:24

Mighty Mike Reid: Like he's taking away the apply. We're going to have bid now and you'll be able to bid on this job and actually put in how much you would charge for it, but a message. Um right now, if you have a directory listing, someone will submit a quote request to you, right? and it goes to your email, but like you know, we all know our stuff gets buried, right, in emails. So, this is going to be quotes received instead of jobs received. And there'll be another tab. So, once you've accepted the job and they've paid for it, it'll show up under your jobs, your my jobs tab, which he's adding and changing it right now. But if you wanted this one, somebody was to submit John and Mark, these are all test ones, right? But these would be quote requests. And so, you'd have a list of your quote requests here. you'll be able to submit quotes to other people. This is going to be under what we're going to call a dispatch board.

00:20:13

Mighty Mike Reid: So, dispatch board is going to be where you're sending stuff out to other people all over the country, right? So, you're going to have my jobs. You're going to have dispatch board. He's working on this today. Uh you're able to post a job. So, you're like, "Hey, I got a job I need I want served in this certain area." You could post an amount that you're willing to pay and somebody might just accept it uh right away and you can say, "Yeah, I want to work with this person or no, I don't." Right? Um and we're going to set some minimums. See, every state's a little bit different. So, I wasn't sure how to do this. We wanted We don't want it to be a race to the bottom uh with the jobs board. So, we're It's kind of like hit and miss right now, but this is what we're building out. I don't see anything like this in the industry.

00:20:57

Mighty Mike Reid: So, it's going to be really cool um to see how it plays out. I'm sure it's going to be a a complete cluster for a while. Um but it'd be pretty cool. So, if you go search right now, you can search the different uh you know, based on zip codes, which is pretty cool that currently our directory is um only just like click directory, find your state, and then you find your county, right? Like this. Um, but it's going to be based on search now, which is pretty cool. We're going to add the search functionality. Um, the other thing I wanted to mention is we have where's it at? We have a new member. Where's he at? Missouri. Faithful Path Investigations. Just want to welcome James Cassidy. Cassidy James to the membership. He is now he joined Mighty Nation. Was it yesterday? A day before yesterday.

00:21:58

Mighty Mike Reid: So if you need someone in Missouri, you can check out James. So welcome James. I don't know if he's on the call, but let's see. Stop presenting.
James Cassaday: I
Mighty Mike Reid: So cool.
James Cassaday: am.
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah. So that's just a brief update on what we got going on with the app. It's very very very in the beginning stages. So not nothing to get crazy excited about yet. I'm excited because it's a vision that's starting to take shape that I've been thinking about for a very long time. So, it's cool to see it start to become something, you know,
Dawn Hartwell: So,
Mighty Mike Reid: um
Dawn Hartwell: Mike,
Mighty Mike Reid: like a baby.
Dawn Hartwell: quick
Mighty Mike Reid: Dawn.
Dawn Hartwell: question. How is the uh the ranking uh working on that? I know I'm the only one in Oregon right now, but how is it
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah.
Dawn Hartwell: how is the ranking going to um evolve?

00:22:46

Dawn Hartwell: I guess you would say like if I'm the only one in Oregon, how is it going to rank?
Mighty Mike Reid: Well, if you're the only one in Oregon, you're you're you're in like Flynn, right? But um uh it's going to so there's two different factors
Mark Success Team: Hey
Mighty Mike Reid: that
Mark Success Team: puppy.
Mighty Mike Reid: we're working on, which is pretty cool. I haven't seen uh anywhere else is one is Google, which we've seen on everywhere, right? It's like based on proximity. That's the most important thing. when somebody searches a zip code, who are the people within a 50 mile radius of that the that address? And if there are none, it'll show you the ones closest. So, it'll say other ones outside of your area. You've seen in Facebook Marketplace or different places like, hey, these are not there, but they're closer. They're the closest ones there, right? So, that's one factor. But the other factor that this is not going to be for a bit because apparently it's a really difficult uh development process, but I want to have the ability for people who've paid you through the app to leave you a review.

00:23:44

Mighty Mike Reid: Now, I don't want to just leave it open like Google. I want to have it only people who've paid through the app to be able to leave a review so that you're not having to say, "Well, this person didn't um even use me. Like, how are they giving me a review?" Right? Uh the idea is is that when you have the fivestar review and then you'll have the ability to um because everyone gets verified right when they become a member, but it's just a basic we look at you real quick. But in the in the future, it'll boost you up more if you upload a copy of your certification or license. It'll up it'll boost you if you upload a copy of your Arizona missions insurance. it'll boost you like these types of things that businesses, big company corporations that hire lots of people, right? That's what they're looking for. And so if we put that on there, it'll and it boosts you up. It's like it's almost like a paytoplay in a way, unfortunately.

00:24:38

Mighty Mike Reid: Um, but that don't just put you one or two above somebody else, right? Like you add something and so we're creating an our own algorithm to do it. So, but that's a good question. But if somebody's getting bad reviews because they're doing bad work and then it's going to show and you know there's two sides to every story as well. So if a client let's say a prosay hires you through the system there's nothing to stop them from doing that. If a prosay hires you through the system and they give you a bad review then we'll review that review basically and go like we're going to be like not removing any reviews unless it's like an obvious I serve this person. uh and then they hired me and then they left me review. I don't know. I don't know what scenario how that would work, but uh but yeah. So, however we can make it happen the best. But great question, Don.

00:25:28

Mighty Mike Reid: Good good uh to hear from you as well.
Dawn Hartwell: Thank you.
Mighty Mike Reid: Let's see here. How are you guys liking Google Meet? I know it's different. Let's see.
Rhino Justice: seems like it's the same. It's not too much different. At least phone wise, it's not as bad. I think actually it's better cuz my like my mute and my uh like if I take on and off the camera is right there instead of having to like swipe up to try to find it all the time. It just constantly stays there the screen.
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah. Yeah. There's a there as a producer, someone who's like, you know, producing content and stuff, it's actually really really easy. And the ability to record and use all this AI is like so so helpful for after the fact being able to re, you know, produce it in the different ways that people want to read it or or listen to it and stuff.

00:26:18

Mighty Mike Reid: So, all right. Well, if you guys want to introduce yourselves, uh you turn on your camera and uh we'll give everyone an opportunity. Um I'll start. So, Michael Reid, if you guys are watching the replay of this, you're like, who is this person? What are these people even doing in here? What are all these cool looking uh people doing today? Um we are process servers and uh me myself I more identify as a marketer. I built a process serving firm and it gave me the um it gave me the ability to um to learn marketing while I provided for my family. So, a lot of times you guys will hear me talk about, well, you know, you could do this other job or this other type of business, whatever. It's because I know that everyone's a little different. Everybody has a different drive, right? But there's no doubt about it that process serving at this at this date in time.

00:27:14

Mighty Mike Reid: Process serving is one of the fastest ways to be able to make money. I mean, it's like a it's like a courier business. Um, if you were to start a courier business today, people start calling you asking if you can move their couch, right? Or move this thing or that, right? The problem with that type of business, you don't get paid a premium unless that couch unless it's heavy, something heavy. Well, but process serving, you're able to get paid a premium to deliver a piece of paper. You see what I'm saying? And uh, yes, you do need to get registered, certified, all this kind of stuff. Depending on your location, you can go to mightyprocesserver.com and click on state laws and figure out what it takes to get certified registered license in your area, depending on what they call it in your area. Uh, but once you do that, you're able to get started. I've been reading I've been reading through the the different laws as I've been writing the book and um I've decided to make the book primarily focus on marketing.

00:28:13

Mighty Mike Reid: There are a couple chapters about getting legit and stuff in the beginning. Um, but then I just go into the different pillars of marketing, like how to grow your business as a process server. And it's made me kind of reflect a little bit on um the different challenges that you go through when you're when you're just getting started because there's so many unknowns, right? So anyway, uh I was introducing myself. I started a business, One 123 Legal Support, and uh took a huge hit um right before COVID. We had a whole town burndown. And I was reflecting on that story this morning, the fact that I had so many affiliates. I had so many affiliates that I that sent me work because I was I was networking. I was interviewing people on my podcast and stuff, right? And I had so much affiliate work that they were calling me like crazy when the fire when the fire happened. Nobody would go up there and serve.

00:29:07

Mighty Mike Reid: And so they all started trying to send me up there. And I did refused to go up and serve people that had just lost their homes and their loved ones and stuff. And and I just uh finally decided I wouldn't serve for them. I was like, "Fine, I'm not I'm not I'm not going up there." So a bunch of these people who didn't just send me work for Paradise, by the way. They sent me work for Chico. They sent me work for Orville. all these other towns that I served um they just cut cut me off cut me off court filing cut me off of process serving cut me off of everything and I was like uh lost probably 70% of my process serving business overnight so I said to myself I got to do something different so I added I started focusing on just the attorneys that like 20 30% that I still had left uh and invested in e- filing software and then COVID And so I went nationwide and said I'm going to go nationwide, which is not what I recommend most most of the time, but because my e-iling was kind of a funnel sending me lots of leads, right, for potential process serving, it was all over the country.

00:30:12

Mighty Mike Reid: And so that that's how I got my start and that's how I transitioned from working for affiliates. And I learned that if you depend on only one client or two or three clients for all of your business, you're at a huge risk. And this community is about connecting you directly with the clients. So when you look at the directory and the things I'm doing, just keep in mind that as we build these things, we there's some core principles that I'm not going to get away from ever. That you are able to maintain a relationship directly with the client. You know, if they pay you through the system or whatever, that's fine. But you you'll have the ability to take that client that you got through the system, onboard them to your system, and then take over from there. They don't should never have to hire you through the system again. You know, the goal is that you have those relationships direct to the client. Like Mike Reed should not be able to turn off a switch and you no longer get any business.

00:31:08

Mighty Mike Reid: If that's the case, there's a problem on your part, right? You got to figure out how to get these attorney clients to hire you directly. And so, the app is just one way to be able to bring you new business when you first start, right? any of these directories, by the way, NAP, Serve Now, any of these, they're just a way for you to get started and then eventually you can get business directly to yourself. So, if you're new to the community, that's the goal is to help you do that. Give you all the marketing tools that I use to build my company and uh that I've helped many others to build their company. Okay? So, that that's the my story. And um when we do these masterminds, the goal is to be able to mastermind together. if you had questions during the week, things, problems, issues that you had arise that you take note of them so that once a week on Tuesdays, you can bring those to the community and if I can answer it, great.

00:31:59

Mighty Mike Reid: But there's a lot of other people even with even more experience probably in your question than I have. So, okay, let's get into it. Here we have uh first person has her camera on here is Nicole, but I think she's doing laundry. Hi. Hi, Nicole.
Nicole Davis: Hi.
Mighty Mike Reid: How
Nicole Davis: Hi
Mighty Mike Reid: you doing?
Nicole Davis: everyone. I'm doing good. How are you?
Mighty Mike Reid: Doing pretty good. Where are you from? And uh what do you specialize in? You process server.
Nicole Davis: Yes. So, I process serve in Arizona. Um, I've been specializing in evictions right now,
Mighty Mike Reid: Ah very nice.
Nicole Davis: but
Mighty Mike Reid: Love
Nicole Davis: I
Mighty Mike Reid: eviction.
Nicole Davis: still do everything, but I like the ones who need you consistently. So, those private owners who got a lot of properties has been doing me good right now.
Mighty Mike Reid: That's a great that's a great example of a of a a client type that people don't often consider.

00:32:49

Nicole Davis: Mhm.
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah. I mean, you these people have a need. They have money. They have a need,
Nicole Davis: And they'll
Mighty Mike Reid: right?
Nicole Davis: pay.
Mighty Mike Reid: Oh, yeah. They'll pay. Yeah. Not to mention the fact that it's attached to a house. You could put a lean on their house. They don't pay.
Nicole Davis: Oh yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: Mechanics lean. So, cool. Well, well, thank you for coming.
Nicole Davis: Thank you.
Mighty Mike Reid: All right. Did you have anything you wanted to talk about or bring up?
Nicole Davis: Um, besides the fact that I just appreciate your business and what you're doing for the community, I love it because when I was first learning, I was looking everywhere like I need a mentor in everything that I do and I couldn't find one nowhere. You kept popping up. So, I appreciate what you're doing.
Mighty Mike Reid: I appreciate you for appreciating me and uh and the community and we're all just uh we just love having you here.

00:33:36

Mighty Mike Reid: So, thank
Nicole Davis: Thank
Mighty Mike Reid: you
Nicole Davis: you.
Mighty Mike Reid: as always. Yeah, the goal here, guys, you come you, you know, you get a little exposure now. You know that she's doing that over there. You can reach out to her um inside the community. She's uh on the, you know, in there. You can reach out if you're new to the community. I think everybody here probably came from the community. But if you didn't or you're watching a replay somewhere else on YouTube, maybe you can go to our community. It's free. It's free to join. Uh, Mighty Nation is our paid uh, membership that gives you a bunch of other bells and whistles and marketing tools and stuff, but you can join the community for free. Just click on community and pop in the community and say hello and you can even come to these meetings. So, cool. Let's see here.

00:34:21

Mighty Mike Reid: All right, that's everybody's cameras that are on. So, um, you don't have to have your, uh, camera on for, uh, to ask questions. Okay. So, you can put those in the chat. You can also just uh do the little raise your hand feature thing there and you can speak as well. So, uh what you guys think about what you want to do, uh either put it in the chat or raise your hand. There's a couple uh questions I want to answer from online. Um somebody was asking about Mighty Automation. Can they manage their email through there? Uh so, I'll answer that. So you can so mighty automation um you can manage your email through there but what I recommend you do is you have your main email Gmail whatever it is right um that's that's like sacred okay those of you who've been in the industry for a long time like your email is like we don't pray to it okay we don't we don't go that far okay but we it's sacred like you you don't let your kids in your phone with that email, right?

00:35:28

Mighty Mike Reid: You don't there can't be any accidents when it comes to your email because that's where your business flow comes from. That's where notifications for new jobs come from if you're one of my website clients. Like you get notifications through your email, right? Um so I say keep that separate. But then your marketing emails, when you want to send out blast emails to let's say a thousand people, you need to have a CRM to do that. And Mighty Automation is included in Mighty Nation. So, if you're already a Mighty Nation member, you're already a paying member of Mighty Nation, $57 a month now, um you get Mighty Automation free. It's uh one of the top tier marketing tools that I paid for a premium version of it, so everybody has access. Um James says, "Hi, he's J day job." Yeah, what's up, James? Appreciate you, man. We just recognized you. I don't know if you heard that, but appreciate you joining.

00:36:25

Mighty Mike Reid: Okay. Okay. Got some different things here. Cool. Still learning to use Google to its its max. But yeah, definitely check out James. Am I saying it right? Missouri. I met some people from Missouri and they they use the word Missouri. I was like, I think
Dawn Hartwell: Missouri.
Mighty Mike Reid: that's how you say it.
Dawn Hartwell: It's Missouri.
Mighty Mike Reid: Okay. Oh, I hear somebody saying something.
Dawn Hartwell: It's me, Don. It's Missouri.
Mighty Mike Reid: Is it Missouri? Okay. I thought local said Missouri. Okay. Okay. Okay. I digress. All right. So, we uh another thing here is uh somebody was asking about how can I improve my SEO. This is something we're very very very focused on. Mary here is uh is a rock star with that.

00:37:16

Mighty Mike Reid: Mary, how's it going with Uber Suggest or how are you liking the tool? I just bought this new tool that we're doing reports on. And uh each of you guys, if you're a Mighty Nation member, you get the opportunity to get a full report. Uh Mary will do that for you. Right, Mary? Say yes. Just kidding. You're muted, Mary.
Mary Support Team: Yes, mate. Yes, mate.
Mighty Mike Reid: Yes. Yes. How are you liking the tool so far? Does it lay out pretty well what the next steps are for making somebody's SEO rank better?
Mary Support Team: Um, I just checked the um the software like today and it was like it's really um easy to access and yeah, I am I'm still learning.
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah, it's a really cool tool. There's
Mary Support Team: Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: a guy named uh there's a guy named um Neil Patel. He's a Indian and he's uh he's kind of known as the SEO like guru, you know.

00:38:20

Mighty Mike Reid: He he started off neilpel.com. You could check him out. He started this tool and he charges an arm and a leg for it and uh but then he has a lifetime version membership. It's like $1,000 or something. I just bought it and I was like, "All right, Mary, figure this thing out." It's like one of the top tools. There's some other tools as well, but that's like one of the top ones. So, we're going to start there and then we'll start stacking on the other SEO tools. How why does this matter to you? Whether you have a website with me, right, with mighty mighty uh uh website builder.com, right? We got we get we build websites for processor. Whether you have one with me, we'll still run a report on it and it could say all the ways it sucks. Okay, I want that because then you can we can take that report, give it to my team, give it to Desi because Desi's the one that designs it, and then we will review it and make it better.

00:39:12

Mighty Mike Reid: So, whatever pieces it's missing, because remember when you first build it, it's supposed to be great. Like, it's supposed to rank good. It's supposed to have all this stuff uh design and on page SEO and all this, right? But over time, certain links maybe that you used no longer connect to the proper place. So, you have to fix those those links. Maybe you had certain backlinks that were really powerful, like maybe a government website. Maybe the government website changed it, so it's no longer that website. It's a different different link. They do that all the time. Government websites are notorious for doing that. Um, so cool. So, we'll we'll keep going on that. So, you guys can reach out to us uh support.com. We can get you your uh SEO reports. Okay. Cool. Cool. What questions do you guys have here at the master?

00:40:01

Mighty Mike Reid: Oh, here's the chat. Like, where is the chat at? Okay, there you go. Yeah, feel free to put your questions in the chat, concerns, things that you're working on. Um, we can dive into it. I'll be right back. Think about it.
Dawn Hartwell: Hey, Edge. Quick question. So, when I can support on my email, um, I get your email. Is it support at mighty automation?
Edj Support Team: Yes, support at my Yeah, support at mighty automation. I'll type it.
Dawn Hartwell: Thank you.
Edj Support Team: Welcome
Mighty Mike Reid: All right. Yeah. So, we got Uber Suggest. Uh we got book riding. Um you said Don had a question.
Dawn Hartwell: Oh, edge the care.
Mighty Mike Reid: Oh, okay. We we talked about the app update, which yeah, we we can go come back to that next week once there's a little further along. Um Jessica, go for it.

00:41:19

Jessica Claycomb: Hey, I have a question. So, I have a service that I offer for a specific court and when you search for that service and the court name, I'm the only business that comes up and I would like to get more of this kind of service, but would Google Ads help me do that or do I not really need it?
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah, Google Ads would absolutely help with um uh that specific service in that area. Um I you know what I would say with marketing is test it out and see you know your KPIs basically are like I would create a different page. Okay, just
Jessica Claycomb: Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: a single a single page that maybe looks like your home. It can look just like your homepage.
Jessica Claycomb: Mhm.
Mighty Mike Reid: And uh it could be on the website that we built for you as well. Um and that one just says um it's your website waprosay.com um uh Google ads, you know, or whatever the keyword is that you're trying to rank for

00:42:21

Jessica Claycomb: Right.
Mighty Mike Reid: as the page name. Okay? And you don't make it show up on the links on your on your website. You just make it as like a like a hidden link or
Jessica Claycomb: hidden.
Mighty Mike Reid: whatever.
Jessica Claycomb: Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah.
Jessica Claycomb: Okay.
Mighty Mike Reid: And then what happens is is you run ads to that page and you can look at that page on your on our analytics that we send you,
Jessica Claycomb: Mhm.
Mighty Mike Reid: but you can actually log into the dashboard and see based on that specific page how many hits you're getting on a regular basis. You know what I mean?
Jessica Claycomb: Okay. So it'll find the people that want my service that are not directly searching for it kind of thing.
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah. Well, you well I would do keywords specific to people who are searching for that that uh what's the service.
Jessica Claycomb: I don't really want to say
Mighty Mike Reid: Okay. Don't don't say

00:43:07

Jessica Claycomb: um
Mighty Mike Reid: but if let's just
Jessica Claycomb: but
Mighty Mike Reid: say notary let's just say a pastile
Jessica Claycomb: notary.
Mighty Mike Reid: services.
Jessica Claycomb: Sure. Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: Okay. Yeah. I don't. So like if you search notary near me, it's going to give a bunch of notaries or whatever. But if somebody searches a hostile like you and and in in that area for that court's web page, whatever you want to show up for that like at the top, people say, "Oh, they don't click on sponsored ads." But people do click on sponsored ads. It's just not as many people.
Jessica Claycomb: Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: But
Jessica Claycomb: When
Mighty Mike Reid: for you, those three or four who do out of a thousand, you you want them because you're going to charge a premium for that service
Jessica Claycomb: Okay.
Mighty Mike Reid: ideally, right?
Jessica Claycomb: Yeah. like when the organic search like I come up like three or four, but it's under like all the county websites.

00:43:51

Jessica Claycomb: There's no other businesses that come up. So, when I do the ad, then I'll just be right at the top where they want me and just click on it right away. They don't have to scroll down or anything.
Mighty Mike Reid: And if it's super hyper specific to what they searched, they're going to click it. Because
Jessica Claycomb: Right.
Mighty Mike Reid: if they scroll, they're not going to see anything that says the words they searched. If it's what I think it is, they'll they're going to see the what they're searched for right away, and they're just going to click it.
Jessica Claycomb: Mhm.
Mighty Mike Reid: Right? Whereas
Jessica Claycomb: Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: like um it's kind of like uh out of state. I always use that as an example because I know Kern does that, but he'll run ads for out of state deposition soon. Not many people search for that. And when they do, it's because someone told them, you can't just serve this. It has to be domesticated for that local area.

00:44:34

Mighty Mike Reid: So, he'll take keywords like, you know, subpoena domestication, uh, out of state deposition subpoenas. He'll take keywords, phrases. You could, they're called keywords, but technically it's a phrase, right? It's a like
Jessica Claycomb: Mhm.
Mighty Mike Reid: a
Jessica Claycomb: Long
Mighty Mike Reid: keyword.
Jessica Claycomb: tail keyword
Mighty Mike Reid: Exactly. And so you take a bunch of these keywords. It could be like 20 words like that, put those in and and uh and see which ones hit the most. And some of them you're only paying for when somebody clicks. So, you know, so it's it's a no-brainer, especially if it's it's a low cost because not many people search it. You might get like three or four dollars a click and you're charging hundreds, right?
Jessica Claycomb: Right.
Mighty Mike Reid: So, it's
Jessica Claycomb: Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: definitely
Jessica Claycomb: Okay,
Mighty Mike Reid: worth it.
Jessica Claycomb: great. Yeah. So, my next step is to kind of make a landing page for that service.

00:45:22

Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah. Yeah, that'd be great. And then you just make sure you put a pixel on there so you can retarget them. So
Jessica Claycomb: Okay.
Mighty Mike Reid: as they as they search other things, you can retarget them. And you're only paying for ads to the people who it's a different campaign. You're only paying for the ads for people you're retargeting. So what is that? Like if you got a hundred people last month who who landed on that certain page, you tell Google, "Hey, anyone who landed on that certain page, just just follow them around for me."
Jessica Claycomb: Mhm.
Mighty Mike Reid: And so you're really only targeting a hundred people, which is
Jessica Claycomb: Okay.
Mighty Mike Reid: so cheap, right?
Jessica Claycomb: Yep.
Mighty Mike Reid: So cheap to target 100 $11 a month or something, right? To
Jessica Claycomb: Much
Mighty Mike Reid: target
Jessica Claycomb: cheaper
Mighty Mike Reid: 100
Jessica Claycomb: than
Mighty Mike Reid: people.
Jessica Claycomb: targeting process server.
Mighty Mike Reid: Oh man.

00:46:03

Mighty Mike Reid: Process server with 27 $25 a hit. So marketing 101 when it comes to paying for ads is to keep it uh keep it uh not based on the main keywords, right? Keep it based on other associated keywords. Everything but process server, you know, e filing, court filing, you know, subpoena domestication. Even private investigator is probably cheaper than process server. I know it was when I was running ads for someone in Florida. He did process serving and PI work and process server was like double the cost. So it just depends on the volume of people who are running ads in that area. Um oh Nory's on Miss Smith. Uh this is great to be here. Sorry cameras where isn't on putting together a huge pack. I met the sweet lady in Atlanta and uh she's on today. Welcome. Um got a meeting with you at 1 I believe my time. So yeah, it's so cool to see meet people in person at the conferences and then see them come online and see them uh just just crushing it.

00:47:12

Mighty Mike Reid: It's pretty cool. What Don say? Hope it's legal. Yeah, Jessica, let's only do legal uh services. Well, services that aren't illegal. Yeah, it's funny when you I I attend all these different uh uh masterminds that I've paid a lot of money for in the past and sometimes I'll pop into them and this morning I was in one and the guy was telling somebody to file a restraining order and to avoid bankruptcy and eviction and stuff and I was just like I was just like what? I'm like how you're giving legal advice like as a real estate guy there's some pretty shady characters out there. So you just never know what you're going to get as a process server. I told him I said, "So you're giving legal advice now." Got it. Okay. So what other things you guys dealing with right now? NAPPS was such a great experience and seeing these people who who have been in the industry for a long time who are crushing it.

00:48:12

Mighty Mike Reid: To see people who are new to the industry getting elected uh to like board positions with the national association, that's pretty cool to see. Um, I think it's uh being in Florida, it's so humid and uh at first I thought it was terrible, but now I'm back here in the desert of New Mexico and I'm just it's really got my allergies going crazy. Um, but yeah, you guys, so everybody's just rich making all that money hand over fist. Natasha's been sending me some uh contract deals. She's been uh finding some some bulk contract work. Um, which is pretty cool. You can make good money doing that. And Rhino Justice, she's getting her website set up. Adele, did you decide on a logo?
Rhino Justice: So, I think I'm going to do both. One with the one's going to be the website one and then one I'll use for like cards or whatever, like smaller, but I like the one just that it's more uh I guess graphic.

00:49:21

Rhino Justice: I just like it a little bit better. So, yes, I'm I'm sending the emails and stuff like that this week to Desi to start more completing it. And I just sent a message to Mark to go ahead and start my different stuff for my rate sheet for Thursday. So, he's going to begin with you to make sure you're not have any other meetings for that time that I asked for
Mighty Mike Reid: for Tuesday.
Rhino Justice: uh Thursday
Mark Success Team: Oh,
Rhino Justice: cuz
Mark Success Team: no. I
Rhino Justice: today's
Mark Success Team: think
Rhino Justice: Tuesday.
Mark Success Team: um Netty and I can just work on that.
Rhino Justice: Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah.
Mark Success Team: Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: So, we need to get we need to get uh rate sheet. You get uh Netti on the rate sheet. Uh Mary will probably be working on some website stuff with Desi. Um and then Mark can set up your mighty automation email
Mark Success Team: Mhm.
Mighty Mike Reid: auto uh blast so you can have your CRM set up.

00:50:07

Mighty Mike Reid: I haven't done this yet, but I want to get a side by side that shows you all of the tools if you bought them individually and what I give you for free. It's like crazy when you know when you're a member of Mighty Nation. And it's like, um, I haven't done that just cuz I'm like, you know, whoever wants to sign up and actually be a part of things, they can do it, right? And you see them take action and you see them being successful and it's really cool to see. We got some other folks on here. Scott, what's up, Scott? What's up, Will? Let's see. Don, Natasha, what's up?
Natasha McDaniel: Hello. Thank you for the shout out earlier, Mighty Mike. I'm definitely anytime I have anything that can uh come your way, I'll definitely send it that way. And hopefully somebody out in the community can help. I don't get a lot of them, but um when I do, I'm like, uh oh, I really don't know a lot of people in the community.

00:51:08

Natasha McDaniel: So hopefully I can start learning more and more who's in the community, where they're at, and if not, I'll just reach out to you like I've been doing.
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah, I mean it's fine for me. Uh if you want to do that, uh inside the community, um you're able to This goes just for everybody so everybody knows, right? Um you're able to uh search inside the community. I think I think you can see my screen, right? If you come over here to what is this? No, not that community and you click on uh you can actually click on members and you can actually search. So you see uh what I recommend everybody do is make sure to put your state in your description so that when people search for you when people search up here so like if I search right here let's go there he is Missouri. Oh because the mo right here. See? So if you search for California, here you go.

00:52:21

Mighty Mike Reid: California, Florida, Texas, this guy, Tony. Yeah. So yeah, you get some people who are licensed in multiple states, so they put that. But but yeah, the community, I haven't been sending out the email blast. Um I I like the size of the community right now. Uh I'm going to start running ads pretty soon. um just Google and uh Facebook ads and we'll do some YouTube ads. Um because we're doing the YouTube uh channel now. Um but yeah, sending out the email blast. I'm I'm kind of done doing that. You know, if somebody wants to join, they're welcome to to to join. But yeah, we're we're we're doing pretty good now. Like I think if if um we'll let it kind of have a natural growth now instead of the force growth. like I wanted it to get big enough that we could actually have conversations like we are and um test out the tools that I'm building and then and then once I start running ads I can just keep adding more money to the ads and it'll just scale up from there.

00:53:23

Mighty Mike Reid: But again, I want to keep it focused on process serving. And we get a lot of people um that want to uh marketing primarily is what I like talking about. But there's so many different things issues that people um struggle with like NAPPS. I was at the NAPPS conference and we I heard them talking about AI and I got to tell you like there was a little portion where she was talking about um that she liked it but 90% of it was like fear you know it was like fear-based and you know oh this case was caused because they used AI and they're using a lot of attorneys are using AI to create gener do case generation um and then they'll just file hundreds of cases not knowing what they're filing or whatever. that that doesn't relate to us. Like you're not going to accidentally serve something based on AI, you know, like if somebody files a case and then sends it to you and serves it, that's still not your problem.

00:54:21

Mighty Mike Reid: Like AI is your friend. Like AI is those who use AI and learn the things I'm teaching you about AI inside the community, do you're going to stand out above everybody else. You're going to be able to create content. Google's going to, you know, uh, rank you better. Google's going to crawl and see that you have these awesome blog posts and social media connected that to your website. Like all all of it's good. There's nothing bad about it. What's bad about it is where where other people may use it to take advantage of you. You know, like you can find out. One example I will tell you is if you're the type of person that has you use the same password for everything, raise your hand if you're guilty. Okay, Netty. Um, okay. Um, do I even want to say this? Uh, yeah, I'll say it. So AI with AI and if I know you even a little bit, I know the name of your company, I know the name of your spouse, I know the name of your I know your birthday, I know uh maybe I know your social even, right?

00:55:31

Mighty Mike Reid: Some people are like that. You you apply for something uh couch or you want to get credit for something, right? I if I know those things, I could put them into chat GPT and tell and tell it give me a list of passwords and then have an app that Ruby on Rails is one of the apps that will take these passwords and just put them into all of your potential accounts that you might have until it finds one and then they take that account and then they use it to log into your bank account. This is why like the double authentication systems are so powerful like having that auto text sent to you whenever some whenever you try to log in. And I know it's annoying, but that's like one of the best ways to have your cell phone connected to your Facebook account or whatever, whatever accounts you have where it'll double authentication, I think is what it's called. Um, if you're worried about it, that's what you do. You sign up for for that stuff.

00:56:22

Mighty Mike Reid: And if you ever get um weird links, you just don't click on them, right? Uh but yeah, and I'm not a hacker, but that's why I'm telling you is like people who aren't hackers who have nefarious uh if I could do it, they could do it, right? And if they have the nefarious goal to harm you, then they can do it so much easier now using AI.
Rhino Justice: So, so this is totally completely kind of like off subject, Mike, but I
Mighty Mike Reid: Okay,
Rhino Justice: just wonder
Mighty Mike Reid: don't don't
Rhino Justice: how
Mighty Mike Reid: say it.
Rhino Justice: well
Mighty Mike Reid: I'm just
Rhino Justice: it
Mighty Mike Reid: kidding.
Rhino Justice: has to do with it has to do with hackers is how do hackers hack your phones to go ahead and make it look like you are doing a text when you're not doing a text. That's what I'm I'm scared of like the the the authentication, you know, like sending a text to your phone. Can hackers get in there and you don't actually get the text?

00:57:12

Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah. Yeah. I mean, there's I mean, hackers definitely can. I mean, I've I've I've watched some of those some of that stuff where they usually there's something that happens. you connected your you connected to a Wi-Fi that's you know that they're that's compromised or or you try to charge your phone at one of these public charging ports where they have they've already installed a virus right usually
Rhino Justice: Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: has something like that has to happen even even they have one of these little tags like I have one in my wallet
Rhino Justice: Mhm.
Mighty Mike Reid: and they just set it next to your phone right and it and it does like a air tag basically like a little it's it's the same technology as an Air tag, but um where it just like you know nowadays you can like hit the button and go and pay right air tap. It's the same kind of technology. And so anyway, they have hacking tools like that where they can just bump into you or get nearby you and and now they have access to things.

00:58:08

Rhino Justice: Only reason I say is like so I've never been hacked and my son we let him have a phone and and like I monitor it like crazy but it had to been an app that we approved for like him playing games that they hacked into it where like they literally was like all these 10 like there's no way there's no text cuz he couldn't eventually he cuz the only person he was allowed to text and only numbers he was allowed on his phone
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah.
Rhino Justice: was my number his dad and this number and his brother's and then he couldn't even text us and I called the company and they're like because all of these is going and I was like he's never text anything else cuz he can't his phone doesn't allow him to and they're like somehow it's happened I was like I think his phone's literally was hacked so it Crazy. was kind of
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah, that is Yeah. Yeah. When it comes to that stuff, you can never be too careful, you

00:58:53

Rhino Justice: Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: know.
Rhino Justice: So
Mighty Mike Reid: Um, just get an iPhone. That's the first thing to
Rhino Justice: that's
Mighty Mike Reid: do.
Rhino Justice: Yep. We're all iPhones now.
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah. No, it's no joke. Actually, the the Android uh you have to have I forgot about that, but you actually had to have Well, maybe it's changed now, but you had to have anti virus protection because, you know, on your phone because it's like a computer, right? But with iPhones, it's built in. It's like, you know, unhackable, I guess. Wi-Fi hackers might intercept your message. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly, Mary. Yeah. Mary's my tech wiz. Mary. Uh, yeah, she's my she's my techie. What's up, Sean? Shawn the Griffin.
Shawn Griffin: Yo, what up, dog?
Mighty Mike Reid: The griff. I got to got to hang out with Shawn at NAPPS a little bit.

00:59:43

Mighty Mike Reid: We did some poker.
Shawn Griffin: Yeah, it was a good time, man. It was good seeing you.
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah. How did I do in poker? Was I Was I terrible?
Shawn Griffin: You know, you lasted longer than me, so I can't uh critique you, but uh you made some plays I wouldn't have made, but you ended up playing longer than me, so I'm going to shut my mouth.
Mighty Mike Reid: You know, there was one hand where um where I was on, for those of you guys don't play poker, just bear with me a second, okay? But there was one hand where I was on a straight draw where I was trying to get a straight is what that means. And uh I knew I was going to get all I needed was the seven card and somebody like pushed a whole bunch a big bet in and I was like basically would have been all my chips because I was at the we're at the last table and I said you know I got enough chips that I could stay in the game.

01:00:32

Mighty Mike Reid: If I let the chips go and just fold my cards I could stay in the game but if I bet and it's a seven I would have taken all of that guy's chips. probably ended up winning the overall.
Shawn Griffin: Yeah, you would have been a Yeah, you would have been a chip leader for sure.
Mighty Mike Reid: Yeah, but I folded. I did that. I thought about it that night. I couldn't stop thinking about I was like that's those are the decisions that help that that make you win the ultimate tournament at the end of the day if but it but I also would have been out. But if I would have been out, what I would have been like seventh place or sixth or whatever instead of fourth, you know, it's basically the same.
Shawn Griffin: Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid: So,
Shawn Griffin: Yeah. Exactly. You You would have made the same amount of money.
Mighty Mike Reid: and so anyway, it did hit a seven. I would have won and I would have had this like awesome straight and uh everybody was like, "Oh, you know," and Bob was Bob who uh who's the founder of PST was there and he's a good he's a good poker player and he was like, "It doesn't matter. You

01:01:29

Mighty Mike Reid: already folded. It doesn't m he did not want he did not want to reminisce on my uh my potential victory at all.
Shawn Griffin: Yeah,
Mighty Mike Reid: Um,
Shawn Griffin: man. But it was a good time. I highly encourage people to go next year.
Mighty Mike Reid: yeah. So, next year we're talking about doing a cle is it going to be in Cleveland, right?
Shawn Griffin: Yeah. Cleveland, April 23rd through the 25th.
Rhino Justice: Who? Who? 25th my birthday.
Mighty Mike Reid: All right. So,
Shawn Griffin: Oh,
Mighty Mike Reid: you're going
Shawn Griffin: I
Mighty Mike Reid: to be
Shawn Griffin: will
Mighty Mike Reid: there.
Shawn Griffin: I will buy you a cake. Come on, girl.
Mighty Mike Reid: See, he's gonna buy your ticket. You hear that? 23rd through the what? 23rd through
Shawn Griffin: 20.
Mighty Mike Reid: uh
Shawn Griffin: Go 25th.
Mighty Mike Reid: 25th. All right. All right.

01:02:15

Mighty Mike Reid: Okay. So, there's two types of people in the world. There's a type of person that says, "I'm going. Count me in." Okay. That's me. I'm going to be there. Then there's a type of person that says, "I don't know what I'm doing that time. It's too far away. Let me I'll let you know when it gets closer." Okay? And I know where that comes from, but it comes from a place where you just got to commit. And you just got to say, I don't know if I can afford it. You you commit to it so that you make sure you can afford to go next time. Is this going to be a game changer? No. But it's fun. Are you going to build a, you know, multi-million dollar empire because you went to NAPPS? Absolutely not. Okay.
Shawn Griffin: No, no, you're not. But you're going to meet important people, people who have been in your position.

01:03:02

Shawn Griffin: I've already gotten six jobs just from the people I've talked to at NAPPS.
Mighty Mike Reid: really.
Shawn Griffin: That's serious. I just I just did one for somebody I met at NAPPS.
Mighty Mike Reid: I mean, I'm not surprised by it because I know who was there, right? I know the guys like Steve Glenn and Mike Kern and, you know, all these guys sent jobs out all over the country, you know? So,
Shawn Griffin: Yeah, I
Mighty Mike Reid: yeah.
Shawn Griffin: mean there there were actually a couple people from my area um that Iworked with there and I mean and yeah, so yeah, I've gotten six jobs from just the people that I made at uh at Metanet. Nets.
Mighty Mike Reid: Nice, Netty. Yeah, great stuff, Sean. So, so, uh, that's all I have you guys. You know, if you don't have any other things, I mean, I'm Listen, I it's it's a beautiful day. It's 65 degrees here. Other than the dust, it's like the perfect weather.

01:03:59

Mighty Mike Reid: This I'm gonna I've recently decided I'm moving
Neddy Support: Thank
Mighty Mike Reid: to
Neddy Support: you.
Mighty Mike Reid: Florida half of the year. I'm going to be there. I got to find me a place over there now, but um I'm thinking probably in Orlando, maybe in Tampa. Mighty Mike Reid: And then what I'm gonna do at the end of the book is I'm gonna put your name, your your name and your company name and um like a little bit of just like a tip of the hat to anybody who gives the feedback right during this book launch process. And the goal here is as soon as I do release it to you and you guys read it and you um leave a testimonial, that's one of the things um that if you're going to be a part of the book launch team, I need to know that you're one of the people who are on my team, right? Like on my team, like you're going to I need a video testimonial at testimonial.t2. You can find it inside the community and uh I will, you know, I'll give you access to the the deal. We're going to do it. Mark's going to help me and making sure everyone who's left a testimonial, they're a member and they're in the community and we'll we'll go ahead and invite you in. It doesn't cost you any extra and then you get to see how I wrote it, okay?

Mighty Mike Reid: I have a whole course lesson. I don't want to just release this to everybody because you can buy the book once it's finished if you just want to read the book. But if you want to be a part of this learning process of what it is to write a book, I'm going to help you write a book. So, if you're like, I want a book, it's like the best business card you can have. And the way that you do it is not like, oh, look at me. I wrote a book. You No, no. That's not Nobody likes that person, right? You're the person who just brings a bunch of books, puts them out on the table, and people are like, "Who's this guy? Who's this girl?" And you're just like humbly like, "Oh, yeah. Yeah, there's some of the thoughts that I had. You know, this is" and you immediately establish yourself as an industry expert person. Now,

Mighty Mike Reid: how does this apply to in our industry? You go to legal conferences and you speak at pro at parallegal conferences. You host parallegal events. Putting your business cards out there is like it's kind of like a layup, you know. Have you ever been to a professional basketball game? You go to the professional basketball game, what do you see? You see them laying it up, laying it up, laying it up. the guy who the the one who goes up and dunks it and breaks the backboard. That's the one that made it worth attending, right? You want to be that person. And so, a book helps you be that person. So, thank you guys so much uh for coming today. You guys have any other questions or any comments or good of the order? No. Okay. All right. Well, you guys take care, be safe, and as always, live Marty.
