Notes

  • Meeting Introduction and Goals Mighty Mike Reid, President and CEO of 123 Legal Support, Mighty Website Builder Inc., and Mighty Process Server Inc., welcomed attendees to the weekly mastermind meeting on September 2nd. He outlined the company's goal to be a comprehensive resource for process serving businesses by the end of the year, providing all necessary tools from start to finish (00:00:00). Mighty Mike Reid also introduced Mark from the process success team, who assists members with implementing bonuses, and Edj, their virtual assistant support manager (00:01:01).
  • Mastermind Principles and Introductions Mighty Mike Reid explained the mastermind concept, emphasizing that it's a collaborative environment where participants bring questions and ideas to collectively find solutions, fostering mutual support and inspiration (00:01:51) (00:11:57). Attendees, including Shannon Rab from ServeRight Process Serving in Niagara Falls, New York (00:02:40), Latasha McDaniel from Integrity Discovery Solutions Group in Indiana (00:03:35), Ryan Bannister from Marshall Process Service (00:05:16), Adele from Rhino Justice in the Houston/Galveston area (00:06:47), and Dawn Hartwell in the Portland, Oregon metro area (00:07:38), introduced themselves, their businesses, and their locations.
  • Recognition and Website Development Discussion Mighty Mike Reid congratulated Latasha McDaniel for winning the monthly prize of $100 as the most engaged person in the community (00:04:30). He also discussed ongoing website development and SEO for members like Adele, emphasizing that SEO is a continuous process and that AI will significantly change how websites are shown, potentially even leading to their obsolescence in the next 10-20 years (00:06:47). He noted that the company aims to stay abreast of these changes (00:07:38).
  • Business Rebranding and Growth Dawn Hartwell discussed her potential rebranding with the domain Oregon Service, noting her business's biggest month yet and attributing its growth to Mighty Mike Reid's techniques and the community's support (00:08:43). Mighty Mike Reid supported the idea of separating marketing for process serving and private investigation (PI) services, even if it requires more SEO work, as it allows for focused client acquisition and cross-selling (00:10:07).
  • AI Answering Service Demonstration Jessica Claycomb introduced an AI answering service, "Rosie," which she is testing to handle frequently asked questions (00:13:49) (00:25:05). Mighty Mike Reid tested the service live, asking various questions about pricing, service areas, deadlines, and refund policies, and noted its comprehensive data and knowledge, suggesting it could make businesses more efficient by answering repetitive queries .
  • AI Answering Service Feedback and Improvements Mighty Mike Reid provided feedback on Jessica Claycomb's AI answering service, suggesting improvements such as adding a phone number to the SEO description and eliminating the Google Voice prompt to avoid appearing untrustworthy (00:17:36) (00:26:54). CTP INTL added that the Google Voice prompt can be turned off, making the call ring directly like a regular mobile call (00:27:45). Jessica Claycomb confirmed that Rosie can glean information from a website, as it answered questions she hadn't explicitly programmed, such as details about filing (00:26:03).
  • Cost and Features of AI Answering Service Jessica Claycomb stated that the AI answering service, Rosie, costs $149 per month for her plan, which includes text messaging and 25 free minutes before payment is required for incoming calls (00:29:17). She also mentioned that the service has Zapier integrations, which could allow for various automations like creating Google contacts, adding to Trello boards, or integrating with CRMs for data analysis (00:34:34).
  • AI Customization and Business Application Jessica Claycomb explained that Rosie allows for tone selection (playful or serious) and background noise options (office or cafe) (00:37:23). Mighty Mike Reid expressed fascination with the potential to feed the AI more data to enhance its knowledge, suggesting it could provide detailed information and encourage immediate online orders (00:35:23). He also pointed out the benefit of such a service for process servers who are often in their cars and unable to answer calls (00:30:52).
  • Community Membership and Growth Incentives Mighty Mike Reid clarified that participants in the call are Mighty Premium or founding members, highlighting that they are part of a trusted community (00:38:25). He announced that new memberships are $97 per month and introduced a 40% commission for members who invite others to join the community (00:39:34).
  • New Website Design and Process Serving Software Mighty Mike Reid presented the redesigned website, emphasizing its attorney-focused features, including document upload, process server selection, job management, direct communication, and proof of service (00:40:30). He explained that the "Find a Server" function will soon direct users to a platform where Mighty Premium and founding members will be featured at the top of search results (00:41:32).
  • Platform Features and Member Feedback Mighty Mike Reid detailed the upcoming software platform for members, which will allow for job management, attempt logging, affidavit creation, note-taking, and direct client communication (00:42:24). The platform will also feature a dispatch board for jobs across the country, enabling users to bid on jobs and get paid through the system, addressing issues with server payments (00:43:16) (00:52:33). Members like Jessica Claycomb, Natasha McDaniel, and Dawn Hartwell expressed enthusiasm for using the platform to free up time and streamline operations (00:45:19).
  • Addressing Platform Development and Industry Dynamics Mighty Mike Reid acknowledged ongoing bugs in the platform and the continuous work by developers to resolve them (00:49:08). He discussed the future of the bid board, anticipating that larger companies posting many jobs daily would drive its growth, although it might lead to competitive pricing (00:49:49). He believes the platform will attract attorneys seeking direct access to professional process servers, fostering better communication and higher-skilled service (00:50:51).
  • Payment Methods and Pricing Strategy Mighty Mike Reid highlighted the challenge of paying servers who prefer checks and advocated for professional businesses to offer invoicing with online payment links (00:52:33). Adele mentioned that newer servers might prefer checks or Zelle to avoid fees, but typically realize the convenience of paying small fees for easier transactions as they gain experience (00:53:31). CTP INTL suggested raising prices to include payment processing fees, simplifying transactions and ensuring profitability (00:54:19).
  • Answering Phone Calls and Business Growth Mighty Mike Reid emphasized the importance of answering phone calls as a key aspect of marketing and generating income, citing a personal example where answering a call led to securing a three-week dumpster rental for $800 cash (00:55:39). He explained that new servers learn crucial information by interacting with clients on the phone, even if they initially have to feign knowledge and consult with others for answers (01:00:52). Mighty Mike Reid also highlighted that success, like Jessica's, allows for increased prices and greater financial freedom (01:03:16).
  • Understanding Customer Needs Mighty Mike Reid stressed the importance of understanding what matters to different customer types, such as property managers and criminal defense attorneys, to effectively sell services. He suggested that adapting to client needs, like handling evictions to avoid attorney court appearances or offering skip tracing for subpoenas, helps secure clients (01:02:22). He noted that new servers who do not answer calls miss opportunities to learn these crucial insights (01:03:16).
  • Upcoming Software and Conference Updates Mighty Mike Reid shared updates on an upcoming software platform, expressing excitement for a much different version to be live within the next two days (01:04:11). He also mentioned attending the Texas conference with their son, who will be working their booth while Mighty Mike Reid speaks and networks. They noted that 50% off websites will be offered and fun giveaways, such as a curved monitor or body cam, will be available at the conference (01:04:57).

Edj Support Team:
Morning.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Good morning. Today is September 2nd and this is our mighty mastermind for the week. Welcome everybody. Uh mighty marketing and all things process serving and growing your process serving business. Uh we'll just get it started right away. My name is Michael Reid. I'm the president and CEO of 123 Legal Support and Mighty Website Builder Inc. and Mighty Process Server Inc. And we are excited to be able to offer all things process serving and be the one source is what our goal is here. By the end of this year, we should have all the tools that you need to run your process serving business from beginning to end. That's the goal. And so I have a team, Mark here, and Mark is on our process success team. He helps you. I've hired him specifically full-time to help you guys implement the things that we give you as bonuses on top of your directory listing, which is what you pay for uh membership fee.

00:01:01

Mighty Mike Reid:
And so, you're welcome to book a call with him and meet with him virtually and he will go through everything. So, also just reaching out to him directly in the community. And then Edge is my uh virtual assistant support manager. She has been with me for a while and she has done literally everything under the sun, including calling real estate leads, okay? She's done everything. So, uh eventually we're going to relaunch our virtual assistant program helping you guys uh leverage the way that I have. Um for right now though, we are uh just working on the software and helping make sure you have all the tools you need. So, that's who I am. If you want to introduce yourself, you turn on your camera. We're going to go around the room and uh introduce everyone. I'll have an opportunity to do what what you call an elevator pitch, like a 60-second. This is who I am. This is my business.

00:01:51

Mighty Mike Reid:
This is where I'm from. And I'm looking for this maybe more clients. Maybe to answer a question. And if you haven't read the description, a mastermind, the principle here is that you could literally bring anything to a meeting of multiple people and it becomes like one mind where we all help each other and we go throughout our week and then when we come back we think about that person, right? Because it's just our minds. That's the way we work. And and it's also the way it works when you want something. You speak it into existence. You say, "Hey, this is a thing I want." And all of a sudden your mind just finds a way to go get it. And it's it's it's something you can develop over time. And so we're going to go ahead and go around the room, introduce yourself, and just let us know who you are and where you're from and what you're looking for.

Ryan Bannister:
Uh, Ryan Banister from Marshall Process Service. Very, very new. Um, uh, I I have a background in uh, finance and investigations and, um, very new to this, but uh, I love this community and I'm looking forward to learning from everybody and and getting started.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. And Brian, we're meeting with you, I think, at four o'clock my time, which is what your time. Uh, four, five, six, six o'clock.
Ryan Bannister:
Oh, I I got confused with the time zone. I sent a message because it came the time zone came through the Philippines and uh when I popped it into my calendar, it came up with an even different time. And uh Okay.
Mark Success Team:
Yeah, that's my bad, right?
Mighty Mike Reid:
Hey, we talked about it.
Mark Success Team:
But it's originally 400 pm, right? Mountains Okay.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Well, 4 PM Mountain time.
Ryan Bannister:
So, that's five my time.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Oh, you're like Texas.
Ryan Bannister:
No, six. That's six. Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah.

00:06:08

Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. Six o'clock. Yeah.
Ryan Bannister:
Okay.
Mighty Mike Reid:
So, Eastern time, six o'clock. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Four o'clock. Yeah. And so, they're going to meet with you, go over the DNS records, get everything set up for you. Uh, and go over any questions you have, any concerns you have. Like I always tell people, come up with like 10 things you hate about it. Of course, we know you're going to love a lot about it because it's a custom professional design, but we want to know like 10 things you hate about it. So, because at the end of the day, we want you to be absolutely uh excited to share your website with people. Hi, I'm Adele. I'm with Rhino Justice. Um, I'm in the Houston Galveistston area. So, if you need service down here, you can go ahead and call me at 281-817-4466. Um, I've been doing process serving for about 3 years and thanks to Mike, my business has been able to grow. U, my website is up, just letting everybody know. So, it is up and running now. Just need to go ahead and start doing the SEO and do all that extra stuff that needs to be done.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. And you know what the you welcome Adele and you know the SEO stuff is never ending. It's never ending.
Rhino Justice:
Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid:
And now we're and now we're getting into the AEO stuff. Uh answer engine optimization and and uh AI is going to completely change the way your website is shown.

00:07:38

Mighty Mike Reid:
and and there's some talk that websites might go away, you know, that you'll that I mean in the next 10 20 years, right?
Rhino Justice:
Oh, okay.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Um the idea that uh that they that you would need a website is almost like a business card online, right? But if but if um we're in a meta world where everyone's walking on their way somewhere, you now have a storefront because it's all virtual, you know, and so websites are going to dramatically change uh over the next 10 over the next five years even. So we want to stay a breast of that and so you guys can count on me to do that because I love all things marketing. So welcome and Miss Don morning.
Rhino Justice:
It's
Dawn Hartwell:
Good morning. Uh my name is Don Hartwell. I'm located in the Portland, Oregon metro area. Uh, we service the entire state of Oregon. Um, and our I'm kind of rebranding maybe. Um, not 100% sure on it yet.

00:08:43

Dawn Hartwell:
Uh, but we bought the domain Oregon Service. Um, so just not have made that jump. uh just kind of in the middle of goooo lane, I guess. I don't know. Uh indecisiveness. Um we've been in business since 2017. Um this last month was our biggest month yet. Um so I sent out some bonuses uh yesterday in celebration of that. Um, and I gave a a little verbiage thing um I don't want to say a testimony, but uh in the mastermind with my actual numbers and uh thank y'all.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Nice.
Dawn Hartwell:
Uh um and I was very proud of that and I know it goes to following Mike's um not 100% because I don't have time. I wish I did, but uh a lot of Mike's um techniques, stuff I've learned from the group. Um so I know that it has a lot to do with it. Uh that and I have an awesome office um a service manager uh that is awesome and she's in the other group as well.

00:10:07

Dawn Hartwell:
Um so just that you know the mighty network and uh having the right people at the right place is uh plays a contributing factor. So thank you Mike and community.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. Well, gosh, I didn't I didn't expect all that, but thank you so much, Don. Yeah, we we appreciate you coming and you you just like you and just like Natasha, Adele, everybody's just providing so much value in the community and and uh helping each other and I definitely can't take credit for for that. Um and but I appreciate the kind words and you you've been professional, you know, you've always been professional and I love I love heart-to-he heart investigations. If you if you do something different, hopefully um hopefully you keep that.
Dawn Hartwell:
It'll stay with it. Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. Yeah, Oregon serve is a great idea to separate the two, not necessarily business-wise, but marketing wise because people get more focused when they want to PI and then once you have them as a customer, you can always sell them your other services.

00:11:09

Mighty Mike Reid:
So, it's not like a lot of people like, oh, it has to be the same or it has to be No, you could definitely separate.
Dawn Hartwell:
Right.
Mighty Mike Reid:
It just it's more work because you have to do SEO and AEO and all this stuff on two different websites, right?
Dawn Hartwell:
Right.
Mighty Mike Reid:
So, but it's okay because the the there's some people who who would never even consider you when they see PI because they're like, "Oh, they're either too expensive or like one one common uh I don't want to say
Dawn Hartwell:
Right. Right.
Mighty Mike Reid:
misconception cuz it's not uh it's true a lot of the times is we think mileage." When I think of hiring a PI, and I teach my ladies this across the country, when they hire, they I'm like, "Be careful with PIs cuz sometimes they'll say it's $80 for a serve and then they come back and go a bill for another $180." You're like, "What happened?"
Dawn Hartwell:
Right.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Like other for mileage and time and all this other stuff.

00:11:57

Mighty Mike Reid:
I'm like, "No, no, no, no. We only do flat rates. We can't afford to pay all that." Um,
Dawn Hartwell:
Yep.
Mighty Mike Reid:
but PIs, they have a different uh different way because and they do get paid it. It's not like they don't get paid that. They get paid that by attorneys, but you guys get paid that by attorneys because of the service that you're offering is more specialized usually.
Dawn Hartwell:
Right.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. So, welcome, welcome. I see we got people still trickling in here. Welcome everybody. Yeah. So, I um you know, one of the things about a mastermind is that um I had somebody say like, "Who do you think you are saying you're a mastermind?" And I was like, "Oh, yeah. You've never been to one of our meetings." You know, this is not Mike's mind, right? This is a mastermind, a group, a meeting of the minds, if you will, where we get together and we come up with solutions and try to help each other.

00:12:48

Mighty Mike Reid:
I may be a little chatty, Kathy, sometimes, and I sometimes I'll bite my tongue and just let it go. So I have a bunch of things that we could talk about different topics uh that I think would be helpful. But I'm curious to know if this is working properly. Then you come to a mastermind and you leave being inspired by somebody and then you have an idea or a question during the week that you want to propose on our next mastermind. So, does anyone have anything they want to bring up or any questions or it could be about process serving? It could be about um what the stuff that we do for you. Whatever it is, it's completely open. There's actually a raise your hand feature right here. You can do the little bloom if you're like me and you're like, I don't want to interrupt people. Uh Jessica has her h hand raised. Jessica.
Jessica Claycomb:
I'm a good student. I have um an exciting thing I'm starting to try out today.

00:13:49

Jessica Claycomb:
I put a AI answering service to my phone number and it had me input.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Oh, wow.
Jessica Claycomb:
I'm allowed to put 20 questions in and then it uses all the information I put. So, I want you guys to try it out today, but don't punk me.
Mighty Mike Reid:
What do you mean don't punk in?
Jessica Claycomb:
I'm talking to Don. I know what she's thinking. You're muted.
Dawn Hartwell:
I have always chatted you with helpful questions and refers.
Jessica Claycomb:
You have Oh, yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid:
You hurt Don's feelings.
Dawn Hartwell:
Referrals.
Jessica Claycomb:
I love her.
Dawn Hartwell:
Oh, she don't hurt my big ones.
Jessica Claycomb:
I know. She pops up in my website chat and I'm like, I think I know who this is.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Oh, I see.
Jessica Claycomb:
Is it you? Yep, it is.
Dawn Hartwell:
But it's always about referring. So, absolutely.
Jessica Claycomb:
Thank you so much.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Oh, yeah.
Jessica Claycomb:
You know how to reach me when you need to.
Mighty Mike Reid:
That's so cool.

00:14:41

Mighty Mike Reid:
So, like if I call and I say, "How much do you guys charge to serve this county?" Would it know how to answer?
Jessica Claycomb:
Yeah. Do you want to try it?
Mighty Mike Reid:
Dang. Dang, that's good. I see. I I just want to highlight really quick what happens when your business starts to get successful. You can afford stuff you don't need.
Jessica Claycomb:
No, I need it though because I'm constantly answering the same questions. So, if I can have another hand do that and people they still can get to me.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah.
Jessica Claycomb:
So, it's just I really need it.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Okay. Let's see here. We're going to say process server. Actually, let me put it. Let me share my screen real quick. We're going to go process server. You know, I like to do this because you could see how how well somebody's doing, right? Let's see.

00:15:40

Mighty Mike Reid:
Process server and let's see what part of Washington.
Jessica Claycomb:
Um, you want to type Lynwood or Edmonds? Seattle. I don't know if I rank for Seattle, but you can try it.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Can you see my screen?
Edj Support Team:
Yes.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. Okay. 80 reviews. What a milestone.
Jessica Claycomb:
It is.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Look at you. Dang. That's so good. and you're like, you know, you're you're catching up and you got five stars when the day happens that you get a a one star.
Jessica Claycomb:
Yep. So far, I'm going to cry and give a refund.
Mighty Mike Reid:
No, listen. No. Yeah, exactly. Okay, good. You've you've listened to that video. Yeah, just it's worth it. It's worth giving them their hundred bucks or whatever back to get that off of there. Okay, so that's cool that you um we got to get you up here.

00:16:44

Mighty Mike Reid:
Um, it'll h it'll happen.
Jessica Claycomb:
I know I do. Yeah, I rank above them for some stuff and I rank above naps for a lot of stuff.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah, locally they shouldn't stand a chance. Uh, but look, you're on here twice. You know, your your website was on the homepage twice. See, Knaps says that a lot too. They have different So, for admins and also for your homepage. Okay. So, if I come over here Okay. So, so what you're saying is um Jessica is excellent at what she does.
Jessica Claycomb:
You're going to be the first one to test it, but it should be live.
Mighty Mike Reid:
That's a great review. All right, let's see. So, if I click here, what happens? It wants to do Yeah.
Jessica Claycomb:
I think that's more for a cell phone, but
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. Yeah. No, I was just curious because I want to see the number, right?

00:17:36

Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. They do that to you. They do that too if you want to call from your phone from the screen. So I So I click on your So you see that? So this is if I'm going through it, other people do it too, right? I would recommend Awesome. How much is it? Dang. That's okay. Okay. But it runs good now. Oh, new battery and a card. trying to help a lady. All right. So, um, so if I'm going through it, how much how much would other people go? I would recommend putting your phone number in here, honestly. Probably serving legal documents.
Jessica Claycomb:
Okay.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Right team to lighten your legal support load. Call. Boom. Phone number in the in the SEO description. Um, just a just a light uh recommendation because it's right here, too.

00:18:31

Jessica Claycomb:

Mighty Mike Reid:
But some people some people don't, you know, some people don't.
Jessica Claycomb:
Okay.
Mighty Mike Reid:
They're like they just have no idea because it's not right in front of their face. All right, I'm going to do this live here. 74 9477. So my biggest concern with these services has always been if there's any malfunction or something. I would never know, you know.
Jessica Claycomb:
Yeah, I called it so much last night testing it out and sometimes it has trouble like stating my email or the URL, but I tried to fix it.
Mighty Mike Reid:

What is your email address if you would like us to respond by email? Um, mikeyautomation.com.

00:20:51

Mighty Mike Reid:
mikeyautomation.com. Got it. Which city do you need documents served in? Um, maybe admins. Could you clarify what you mean by admin? Are you referring to a specific city or location where the documents need to be served? Yeah, Edmonds, Washington. Got it. Edmonds, Washington. What is your deadline for service? Uh, I just I need to get it served today, actually. Understood, Michael. Since you need service today, we offer ondemand service for extremely urgent requests, which includes attempts within 3 hours. I'll make sure your request is prioritized. Would you like us to pass along anything else to the team? How much is that? On demand service, which includes attempts within 3 hours, is $695. If your documents are ready, we can get started right away. Would you like us to pass along anything else to the team? What What happens if you don't serve it, though?

00:21:59

Mighty Mike Reid:
Like that's a lot of money. If you if you go make an attempt and you don't they don't answer, what happens? That's a great question, Michael. If the person isn't home during the first attempt, we'll continue making attempts at different times, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends to increase the chances of successful service. There are up to four attempts included in the ondemand service. If we're unable to serve after those attempts, we can discuss next steps, like alternative methods of service or a stakeout, depending on the situation. You're only charged once for the on demand fee, regardless of how many attempts are made. Is there anything else you'd like to share with the team? Uh, what what happens if you don't serve it? Do I get a refund? Thanks for asking, Michael. If we're unable to complete service after all attempts, we don't issue a refund since the ondemand fee covers the immediate dispatch and time-sensitive efforts to serve.

00:22:58

Mighty Mike Reid:
However, we'll provide a detailed report of the attempts made, and you can decide whether to pursue alternative methods like a stakeout or service by publication if appropriate. Our goal is to get it done, and we'll keep working with you on next steps. Anything else you'd like us to pass along to the team? Um, no. I'm just curious what what how do I know that you guys are trusted? Do you are you guys naps members or are you mighty process servers? How do I know you could be trusted? We're a licensed and bonded process serving company in Washington state and we follow all state and federal guidelines for service of process. While we're not part of NAS, we're well established in the Puget Sound region with a strong track record of reliable and timely service. Our servers are registered with the Washington State Courts and carry proper identification. Many of our clients, including attorneys, law firms, and individuals, rely on us regularly for accurate and professional service.

00:24:02

Mighty Mike Reid:
You can also verify our business through the Washington Secretary of State's Corporation Search. We take trust seriously and we're committed to transparency every step of the way. Anything else you'd like us to pass along to the team? Uh, no. Just have them call me. Um, have them give me a call so I can talk to a real human. I understand, Michael. I can transfer you directly to our team member Jessica who can assist you further. Would you like me to connect you to her now? That'd be great. Please hold while I transfer you. Hello. Please state your name after the tone and Google voice will try to connect you. Google voice. Are you a scammer?
Jessica Claycomb:
That's my Google burner number.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Okay. So, uh Okay. So, what do you think?
Jessica Claycomb:
That's pretty good.
Mighty Mike Reid:
That's not too bad.

00:25:05

Mighty Mike Reid:
So my uh so one thing I would say is um uh I think it's great it has so much data has so much knowledge I think that people are becoming more um more flexible with AI that that they will not manipulate but like they'll work with the AI because they know there's data and once they get a little bit of hit that there's it has some good data sometimes they'll do more than they would with a human right they'll ask the questions how can I trust you how can I whereas a lot of times they won't ask those things directly to a person because they don't want to be offensive right so I think uh it's crazy how much data it has what's the name of the this system yeah like the refund
Jessica Claycomb:
Rosie. R O S I E. And then that's the result of 20 questions in there. And I just You have 500 characters to answer each question and I just tried to pack them full.
Mighty Mike Reid:
like it answered that correctly I it answered.

00:26:03

Jessica Claycomb:
Well, I didn't put that in the questions. They must have taken that from the website cuz they analyze your website and um hey rosie.com and I didn't put anything about filing in there actually.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Oh, wow. Rosie AI or what?
Jessica Claycomb:
So she got that from the website.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah, that was like I was like, man, she just that was the first test, right?
Jessica Claycomb:
I was like, "Oh, she's going to fail. Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid:
I was like, yeah, I need to get it filed and served. and she said, "Well, we we can h handle the file and the serve and we can handle the serve once it's been filed." Something like that. Like she got it right on, you know. Um what else? Where she said the price and the price was kind of high and I was like, well, I don't think it's high. I'm just saying like mo a lot of people will think it's high and say, um, you know, how can I trust you type of thing.

00:26:54

Jessica Claycomb:
Heat.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Uh, it said that you're not a member said that you're not a member of NAPS, right?
Jessica Claycomb:
Yeah, I can add that and then add that we have over blah blah blah amount of reviews on Google, five star.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah.
Jessica Claycomb:
Okay.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah, that'd be good. And then and then the the I would get rid of the Google voice. Um, just because people people it's automatically like a lot of scammers use Google. I'll just say it. I'll just say it.
Jessica Claycomb:
Yeah, I just don't know how to have two phone numbers on my phone. That's just my other phone number.
Mighty Mike Reid:
you have an iPhone, you can you can call I actually highly recommend people do this is you can call uh your carrier and tell them you'd like to pay for a second line on your phone and it'll it'll
Jessica Claycomb:
So, yeah. Okay.
Mighty Mike Reid:
only be like 20 or $30 a month.
CTP INTL:
a month.
Jessica Claycomb:
Okay.

00:27:45

CTP INTL:
So you can Mike, you can use Google Voice, but you just have it so it doesn't ask for that that little saying in the beginning.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Oh, there you go.
Jessica Claycomb:
Oh, I can turn it off.
CTP INTL:
It just rings directly to you. Yeah, you can turn that off because I use it for Yeah, I use it for another thing and just ring directly to my mobile phone like a regular call.
Dawn Hartwell:
You can customize it.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Oh, that's a good idea.
Jessica Claycomb:
Oh, okay.
Mighty Mike Reid:
That's a good idea.
CTP INTL:
That's a good idea.
Mighty Mike Reid:
That's a good idea.
Jessica Claycomb:
Okay, I'll figure that out.
CTP INTL:
I'll figure that
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah, because on your iPhone though, you can say this is business line and it'll tell you you're getting a call from your business line versus your personal line, which is pretty cool. Um, hey Charles, where'd you come from? Charles like pipes in like, "Dude, what are you doing, man?"
CTP INTL:
I was like piped in like, "Dude, what are you doing, man?"

00:28:22

Mighty Mike Reid:
Welcome.
CTP INTL:
Nothing. They said it was a mastermind. Come on.
Mighty Mike Reid:
That's true.
CTP INTL:
It's true.
Mighty Mike Reid:
You be piped in with the big brain getting you ain't stealing.
CTP INTL:
You You piped in with a big brain. That's what my kid says. My kid says, "Dad, isn't that a big brain idea?" I'm like, "Yeah, son. Good job." I just came here to see Edge. That's all I came here for. I know. You ain't stealing Edge. She's ducking.
Mighty Mike Reid:
She's like, "What's What's rule number one?"
CTP INTL:
And she's titled
Mighty Mike Reid:
age. She already she always knows never leave Mike.
Edj Support Team:
Never live, Mike.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. So, but also but also she's been told that if ever a payment is missed or hours are cut that that a sister a s unnamed sister that works for Charles will come over to the dark side.
CTP INTL:
that works for Charles will come over to the dark side.

00:29:17

CTP INTL:
Oh no.
Mighty Mike Reid:
How's it going?
CTP INTL:
How's it going?
Mighty Mike Reid:
How's it going there?
CTP INTL:
How's it going there? Pretty good.
Mighty Mike Reid:
That's some feedback.
CTP INTL:
That's a feedback early Charles.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Probably Charles.
CTP INTL:
Very busy.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Good.
CTP INTL:
Good. Yeah. Good problem to have.
Mighty Mike Reid:
It is.
CTP INTL:
It is.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Uh what what else is going on?
CTP INTL:
Uh what what else? Nothing. That AI thing is pretty neat. I was impressed.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah, I'm I'm I'm gonna sign up for it.
CTP INTL:
Yeah, I'm I'm I'm going to sign up for it. Yeah, it's pretty neat. She didn't have to stock it with too much info that it grabbed most of it from her website.
Mighty Mike Reid:
It says $49 a month, right?
CTP INTL:
It says $49 a month.
Jessica Claycomb:
the 149 which allows for the text.
CTP INTL:
This is a 149 which allows for the
Jessica Claycomb:
I'm not sure what else.

00:30:04

Jessica Claycomb:
It has some extra features and you get you get 25 minutes free to test it out and you can call it as much as you want from your own number to test it but then it's 25 minutes for
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah, I think it was Oh, wow.
Jessica Claycomb:
other people calling you before you have to pay.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah, it says AI answering service for your business call starting at $49 a month. I like it, man. That's cool. Like, and and if you have it ring to you without that Google voice thing, there's not like a big question mark. You're like, uh, and not everybody experiences that, okay?
Jessica Claycomb:
Okay.
Mighty Mike Reid:
But having been someone who uh is in business and does and here's it maybe maybe that's just me. Maybe it's only like 10% of the population would think like is this a scam or like what is it? Why would I why would it be why would he use Google Voice, right? Maybe that's not everybody.

00:30:52

Mighty Mike Reid:
But that's been my perspective.
Jessica Claycomb:
Yeah, I don't I don't like it either. It sounds a little shady. So
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. like you can't give your real number like your real business number because you don't want like you're trying to hide basically is what it sounds like. And that is true like with when with real estate we use a Google voice number because you you put a sign in the thing and you can get fined by the city for having a bandit sign in the thing and you don't want them to know who you are. So you literally are trying to be shame. You literally are trying to not be found out, right? And so in some cases that's what they do. So yeah, you just want to not have anything like that with touching the legal industry. Everybody wants you to be top top, you know. So yeah, the other thing too is uh I I really like about this is that process servers were in the car, you know, we're driving around all the time and you couldn't By the way, Charles, I muted you only because you have a echo.

00:31:49

Mighty Mike Reid:
So if you want to say anything, just unmute and then mute again. I think it's because the speaker and your microphone just picks up everything. Uh uh other people beside yourself. Yeah. So, yeah. I I love the idea that you can just people will just be ordering on on your website from you, right? That would be the next thing. It's like it said we can send you a text with some information. Like I should have done that too. Like test that. Did you see does it send a link to order online?
Jessica Claycomb:
I put I can only put with my plan that I have I can only put one link. Um so I put it to go to my pricing page.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Oh, good. Yeah, that's good. And they can decide how uh the rate of service that they want to select.
Jessica Claycomb:
Yep. And then when you click that, it goes to the order form.

00:32:33

Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. Yeah. That's awesome. That's awesome. Great. Great find. Great find. Would you just Google it or does somebody tell you about it?
Jessica Claycomb:
No, I think they called my friend Hillary and she tried it out, you know, sometime last year and then I just last month I just got sick of the calls, my small claims customers and stuff. So, I'm just going to try it out for September.
Mighty Mike Reid:
That is cool. That is cool. So when people cold call you trying to like sell you stuff or scammers just be like So, the growth plan unlimited minutes is $299 a
Jessica Claycomb:
No, I don't really get cold calls. I just get prosay small claims customers who have the same questions over and over. So, I'm trying to free up my time a bit.
Mighty Mike Reid:
month. Oh, I'm not screen sharing anymore. Let me screen share. What are those same questions?

00:33:31

Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah, Ryan's asking, "What are the same questions?" How did you come up with your questions? Did you use chat?
Jessica Claycomb:
My questions are pretty much already available on my FAQ on my website. So, I just copy and pasted stuff and added to it. Just picked and choose because you can only put 20 questions and answers.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Man, this is a nice website. Great job. What is this? Oh, yeah. Yeah. FAQ.
Jessica Claycomb:
So they link, they rank.
Mighty Mike Reid:
They do. Yeah, that's good. Boom. Man, you did such a good job. All right. Um, yeah. So, you can come down there and find those. But here we have 49, 149, 299. Interesting. Bilingual agent. Really?
Jessica Claycomb:
Yeah, I wanted to turn that on, but I was a little scared, so I just left it off.

00:34:34

Mighty Mike Reid:
Mhm. Yeah. One of the things about that that's kind of scary is you might get somebody who orders and you're just like, it's all in Spanish. Everything's in Spanish.
Jessica Claycomb:
All right.
Mighty Mike Reid:
You're like, uh, I mean, I guess you could figure that out. Unlimited minutes.
Jessica Claycomb:
Oh, and it has a Zapier Zapier integrations. But so what do you think I could do with that?
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. I mean, depending on what their levers are, right? So, like if somebody says something like, "Can you can you have them call me?" or whatever. um that it could send a text saying uh an agent's about to call you. It could it could create them as a Google contact, right? It could it could add them to a Trello board for later because you want to go through and analyze all of your questions and seeing what the most questions are. You know, a Google sheet.

00:35:23

Mighty Mike Reid:
It could add it to a Google sheet for data analysis that you could, you know, just the sky's is the limit. You could have it added to your CRM in Mighty Automation. You could have it um You could have it uh you can get some more crazy stuff too like you what's crazy I don't think I would do this but some industries you could do it where it'll create a a tweet on x.com right like any every time you get a call that's asking about this like someone just hired us for this you know you could literally if you can connect to Zapier you could do anything there's literally the sky's is the limit if it can connect to that But yeah, the question is what are the levers, right? What are the integrations that it's offering require additional agent training? Uh I I'm fascinated by the idea of that you're basically creating an AI agent that answers the phone. And so I'm fascinated by the idea that you could feed it data if it allowed you to feed it more data.

00:36:24

Mighty Mike Reid:
Probably that's what this is saying. A more agent training, right? You could just keep feeding it data. So you go to Chad GPT and say, "What are some other things that a legal support professional should know?" And you just keep feeding it all this stuff and then someone's just on the phone with it for an hour getting legal advice, you know, but it should always say like we cannot provide legal advice. However, if you'd like to have something served in the Edmonds, Washington area, we not only serve serve papers, but we will can eile the proof of service at no additional charge when you order online today, right? or something to to get them to order right away versus waiting or something like there's different things you could different ways you can look at it, you know, different things you could do. But good find, man. That's awesome. Thank you for for sharing that. I think I'm going to set it. I'm just an AI geek, so kind of upset you didn't text it to me right away.

00:37:23

Jessica Claycomb:
But yeah, like I said, there's 25 free minutes, so anybody can try it out if they're on the road for a bit You can choose her tone if you want it to be more playful or serious.
CTP INTL:
It's probably It's probably one of the more realistic ones I've heard.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. Yeah.
Jessica Claycomb:
And you can have like office background noise. And there's one other option I think. Oh, at a cafe. But I just put no background noise.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Oh, that'd be funny. Hold on one second. You know, she's all like printing stuff out.
Jessica Claycomb:
Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid:
You should see if they have a printing press office.
Jessica Claycomb:
Right.
Mighty Mike Reid:
That'd be funny. I want it to be the voice of Christopher Walkin. Yeah, that'd be great. Ryan, what's the other one? Uh Morgan Freeman. That'd be really good. Morgan Freeman would be funny. Have you considered just forgiving the person, you know, Morgan Freeman instead of serving them?

00:38:25

Mighty Mike Reid:
No, Morgan. This is what we do for business. Yeah. Cool. Cool. All right. So, um this is uh what are the same questions? Maybe FAQ section the website. Yeah, absolutely. You want to have an FAQ section. That's one of the things we're going to go over today. So, um yeah, for websites. So, one thing I I I want to make sure I mention before I forget is if you're on this call, it's because you're a part of the mighty marketing, your mighty premium or you're a founding member. All right? So, you're you're you can know that the people who are in the call with you are like trusted, right? they're a trusted source of um at least they're not you know a lot of times I'll join different meetings and groups of people that are you know you have the free people they call it that they're they still have a lot of mindset issues which a lot of us do um let me see actually no actually I want to do this on let's see let's go to uh let's go to school here we go so inside school, you're able to invite people.

00:39:34

Mighty Mike Reid:
And I have it set up currently. I have it set up to allow for um we just set it's we're in September, so the special of $57 is gone. So $97 per month is how much somebody because I got some messages where people were confused about the different levels. And it is confusing. I understand because it was like you see $27 again, you're like what? Basically, I just want to give a quick summary, let you guys know like you can invite people to this community. And the reason why a big part of the growth plan here is that I I offer 40% uh commission. So, if you come over here and you hit this little invite for you guys, it looks like invite. It just says invite. If you click it, it'll tell you right away you earn uh 40%. Okay? So, if you're a member and you're sharing this and getting people to join uh to join us, this is how much this is going to stay.

00:40:30

Mighty Mike Reid:
I've decided this this is not going up. And what this is, just so you know, because you if you guys are found new members, um Oh, yeah. We redesigned the website. I took my ugly mug off of there, huh? Looks better, huh? Okay.
CTP INTL:
Yeah, we might be able to get some sales now.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah, we redesigned it with uh attorneys in mind, right? So attorneys can come, they can upload their documents, they can uh select from select a process server. The software is about to be released. So we're trying to set it up so everything makes sense. They'll be able to manage their job and communicate directly in uh inside the app, be able to do a proof of service and get this get it signed, right? And so yeah, we just set this up. Got our reviews. So they can hit find a server and currently it goes to the the the the website that we use for SEO.

00:41:32

Mighty Mike Reid:
But pretty soon what it's going to do hopefully today I'm meeting with them in 15 minutes, a developer, put a boot in their butt, get this thing finished. Uh they're uh and I'm sure they're working on it right now actually. Um, but it's eventually it's gonna when they click that button, it's actually going to go to this page when it's um when it's fully designed. Let's go back here. Yeah, right here. So, they'll be able to type in a server. Let's see if it's working. Let's see. Yeah. So, it's not fully designed yet, but yeah, they'll click a server. There'll be a bunch of servers in all these different areas. And what I'm going to do is I'm This is not sorting yet like it's supposed to. Um it'll sort all the Mighty Premium members first on the top. And if you're a founding member, uh what's going to happen is uh you're you're considered featured.

00:42:24

Mighty Mike Reid:
So that Oh yeah, that's why I was came here to begin with was to show you guys the uh the pricing. Oh yeah, get verified. So people get get verified. And so here's the three plans. So, just to answer all of your guys' questions, you guys are in this tier if you're on this call because we don't we haven't had anybody sign up after the first, right? So, if you're on this if you're a mighty premium member uh or someone who signed up before today, okay, uh you are this plan, okay? Just so you know, you get all the marketing tools, you get access to the to the uh to the platform once it's live and it and you can actually use it. You can actually use the portal which is basically going to allow you to manage your jobs. You guys can add attempts. You can create affidavit. Um you can add notes. Pretty soon you're going to be able to chat, right?

00:43:16

Mighty Mike Reid:
You can chat directly with uh the client who hired you. And then there's two different paths. I don't want to go too far into this, okay? But there's two paths. One is a dispatch board where you actually send stuff out all over the country and you can actually um you're not allowed to sign your own proofs. You can send them for signature, you can bid on jobs, get paid through the system. So, this is I want your feedback. Uh, as once it's officially officially live and you can't really add jobs without paying um or hire somebody without paying through the system, um it'll be different, right? And so, I want to make sure that you guys are happy with it. Right now, you could go in and create jobs. Um the AI is going to upload it. So, you upload your documents. It'll upload it and fill out all the court details. And then you just come over here and and put in your details, service details and whatnot.

00:44:10

Mighty Mike Reid:
So, uh, Charles, what's your zip code?
CTP INTL:
201155 or my business one.
Mighty Mike Reid:
2015. He's not showing up.
CTP INTL:
Okay. 2230 22030. There he is.
Mighty Mike Reid:
030. There he is. So, somebody So, somebody's creating a job. Let's say an attorney is creating a job from the from they'll have only the dispatch board. And so, they'll go create a job and um it'll actually post to everyone in that area that is a member. And in this case, it's just you, right? If they go to a place and there's three, it'll post to those three and it'll ask you to to bid on it basically. Kind of like what Naps does, but it's all in one platform, right? But if it's a process server and they have like one of you guys, let's say, and you it'll just recommend servers and you'll be able to invite them to serve invite them. So, you click on them. Um, oh, I got set his primary address.

00:45:19

Mighty Mike Reid:
There you go. There you go. So, look, you could actually invite multiple people. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Edge, take care of this, please.
Edj Support Team:
That's nice.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Okay. All right. So, yeah, you can invite multiple servers and you can um once you invite them, they'll be invited to bid on.
CTP INTL:
Um once you invite them, they'll be invited to be a cockart.
Mighty Mike Reid:
So, cool. That that's that's what we're doing. I don't know how I got so far down that. Sorry, guys. Do you guys have questions about this? Are you guys excited about using this? Am I developing this only for myself? Okay. Is anyone going to use it? Are you guys sticking with your with what you're doing? What do you think?
Jessica Claycomb:
Yes.

00:46:15

Jessica Claycomb:
Trying to free up time so I can use it.
Mighty Mike Reid:
my I just want to make sure I'm building something that you guys are going to use, that you're going to enjoy, that's going to make your lives easier, okay?
Natasha McDaniel:
Yep. Me, too.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Because my team's going to use it for sure. That's who I'm building it for uh initially. But I want to make sure that if there's something that you're like, ah, but it doesn't do this.
Natasha McDaniel:
What?
Mighty Mike Reid:
Like, I want to know that because I'm paying tens of thousands of dollars for this thing to be developed. I want to make sure that it gets the people who are already members happy, too, you know? Uh because I know that if it's something that you're worried about or concerned about or you know you you wish it had then somebody else wishes it had that too. Does that make sense?
Dawn Hartwell:
I'm planning on using it.
Mighty Mike Reid:
So Yeah.
Dawn Hartwell:
Um, again, like she said, uh, taking the time, um, and with with you working out, uh, the bugs and building it, everything.

00:47:14

Dawn Hartwell:
I'm just I know it's selfish, but I'm going to wait until it's ready so that I can start, you know, utilizing it. Um, you know, it's like I'm paying for the other program, uh, and planning to drop it as soon as this is ready and good to go. Um, so I'll test it out when it's closer.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah.
Dawn Hartwell:
Um, I played around on the job board yesterday. I put a bid in for something that somebody had on there. Um, but that's the first time I've looked at it in a couple of weeks. Um, so you know, it's just it's time and which your time is valuable too in your team's time.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah.
Dawn Hartwell:
So it's it's not that I'm not using it, it's just finding the time to start using it versus playing with it.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Okay. Yeah. No, that's great feedback. Yeah. having just being able to because right now my team I've asked my team to use it a couple times the the ladies and they'll come in and I see they have a ton of jobs in there and they're doing all this stuff.

00:48:23

Mighty Mike Reid:
I don't see it. I I actually thought they weren't doing it and then we had a meeting where they were testing it with the developers which they're going to do every they do every Wednesday and they actually had a bunch of jobs in there, a bunch of feedback and I was like okay I just need to not be in these meetings because they're more productive without me. But I'm in there.
Dawn Hartwell:
Yeah, I only I only saw two I only saw two jobs on and but this was just yesterday.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah.
Dawn Hartwell:
But if they're doing it with the developer, then I would not expect to see it.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. So I that's what I'm saying. I don't think a lot of them show up. I don't I don't think a lot of them show up. I told them basically show everything unless they put in a zip code. So um and I'll log into a different one and I and I don't see these ones.

00:49:08

Mighty Mike Reid:
So yeah, there's some there's some bugs. There's actually a lot of bugs. And so that's what they do every Wednesday is try to work out any of the any of the bugs. The other thing I noticed is like see how this thing is here. The this chat box is still like showing up with this weird thing because there's nothing there. Um if you create a new job, it doesn't show up. So I think old jobs will show the bugs don't go away. It's only with the new stuff that you don't see it anymore. Um, but but more than just what's in here now is like what like I tried to take a little bit from different uh companies that I've used, you know, a little bit from PST, a little bit from Proof, a little bit from Serve Manager, Tristar even, right? Uh, just to just give the absolute best software um, when it comes to managing your jobs, sending them out and being able to bid on jobs.

00:49:49

Natasha McDaniel:
Awesome.
Mighty Mike Reid:
The bid board, I don't think, is going to take off until some of the bigger companies start posting, you know, their three or 400 jobs a day in here. And that is going to be a double-edged sword already. I can already tell that's it's going to be good, but it's also going to be it's going to be good for the platform, but it's it's going to be kind of eh for everybody else because they're, you know, because they want the cheapest price. But what's going to happen is it's going to get attorneys. I truly believe this. I truly believe that eventually attorneys are going to say, think about how you are. How think about how you are when you hire a server in an area. You would rather have direct access to that server if they were professional because you're going to get the best communication back from them. Like if I hire if I hire some uh Charles, Charles professional, no doubt business is going to be like it's above board.

00:50:51

Mighty Mike Reid:
But then Charles hires somebody in his local area to serve it. Uh, I know it's going to get served. I know he's going to manage that person. And so there's some value there. But what bigger companies and a lot of the big collection firms would rather have is have Charles serving it. Okay? And Charles comes back and says, "This is what happened. This is what I saw." And it's like a a an increased level of um skill that's involved. and in communication. And so I think that's what this is going to be. People who still want to just get the cheapest rate are going to still go to those companies that give them uh crazy discounts and then they'll come here to get direct access to uh process servers. And so it'll be up to you when you get a bid and you bid on it. You bid a fair amount that you'd be happy to go serve it for.

00:51:42

Mighty Mike Reid:
You do a great job so you get a good review from them. And then uh and then also you maintain that relationship with them. Of course they can come back to the platform, find somebody else in another state, right? So that's one concern you might have. But um but they're going to come back to you for your area. And isn't that how we're going to make the best margins really is by getting all the jobs in our local area and doing better than our our local competitor? Because if you try to serve things all over God's green earth, it doesn't work out very well. Uh usually your margins are 20 or $30 maybe, right? Or whatever. Like it's really difficult. And we do that on a national scale. We send out serves all day. Edge is the manager of that team. She makes sure that serves are done and people are paid and you know and all this.

00:52:33

Mighty Mike Reid:
And um and most of the time we're it's a struggle to get that $50. You know, that's the goal. So, we get we charge $187, but servers are still charging 100 or whatever, right? So, having a platform like this that allows us to post all the jobs we get and have servers bidding on them, like legitimately bidding on them and us paying them through the system. It solves so many problems for us. One of the biggest problems we have is paying servers. I just want to give you money, but yet you want a check. like what?
CTP INTL:
Yeah, that makes no sense to me, man. Drives me nuts.
Mighty Mike Reid:
I just want to I just want to give you money. Help me. Help me help you. Help me help you. Give me a link so I can pay you. And then Edge Edge I told Edge uh I had to give her power to send checks because I told her I said I only send checks once a month.

00:53:31

Mighty Mike Reid:
So the people are calling like where's the check? It's like no. So I'm like just don't hire people who want a check. Now don't get me wrong guys. I get check, we get checks, too. But it's now it's so few and far between. And then when you're a local server, you do get more checks because people will mail you the documents, right? But when you're sending out stuff and you have a hundred people you got to call uh in the next two days and they're like, "Well, I didn't get the check yet." It's like it's almost impossible. Uh Adele.
Rhino Justice:
I was just going to say are the ones that needing the checks are they newer servers because do you have the zel option and they're not wanting to have that fee correct I just know at first when I
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. And even the zel option is a pain. I mean, I get it. Zel's easy, but um if you're professional business, you should have the ability to send an invoice with a link to pay.

00:54:19

Rhino Justice:
was like you know first starting out I was like I don't want to pay the fee. I mean, I still if I don't have to pay the fee, right, not pay the fee. But that first I was like, "Oh, if I can do zel or a check or e checkek, that's how I want to get paid first."
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. Yeah.
Rhino Justice:
So, I was just wondering if that's maybe the case. But, of course, you know, the more you serve, you go and realize that, you know, it's easier just to go ahead and pay that little bit of fee and stuff like that instead of having to worry about trying
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. Yeah. There there are a lot of new Yeah.
CTP INTL:
icing not
Rhino Justice:
to keep checking the mail.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Charles, you had something?
CTP INTL:
I just just raise my prices. Just raise your prices.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah.
CTP INTL:
Include the fee.
Rhino Justice:
That's what I did.
CTP INTL:
I mean, my I used to be $89 everywhere.

00:54:53

CTP INTL:
Now everything's 99 and I don't care. I'll pay by credit card. Give me a credit card. That's all I want. Give me your money now.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
CTP INTL:
Yeah.
Mighty Mike Reid:
I I'll paint.
CTP INTL:
Yeah. I I'll pay.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah.
CTP INTL:
Yeah. Yeah. I don't want to wait. I want the money now.
Mighty Mike Reid:
That's funny.
CTP INTL:
That's
Rhino Justice:
I think it's a mind it's a mindset thing.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Hold on one second.
Rhino Justice:
It's something to get used to when you're used to, you know, paycheck to paycheck and you're getting paid on Fridays and different things. It's like you're pinching money. But, you know, like if you implement the stuff that Mike has taught us, then you are going to go ahead and make more money and so you're okay to pay those fees.
CTP INTL:
Yeah. And if you raise your fees across the board, then the one people that pay by check, which I I'm probably 5050 people to pay by check, then you're making more money in the end anyway.

00:55:39

CTP INTL:
So, it works out.
Rhino Justice:
Exactly.
CTP INTL:
Hi, it's Mighty Mike. Uh, I look pretty good today with my beard. Uh, want you all to see how good I look. Um, we're here at the Mighty Mike show. Edge is never going to leave me. Gotta take this call real quick. Save somebody's website.
Jessica Claycomb:
It looks confused.
CTP INTL:
Looks confused. Yeah, he did roll his eyes, didn't he?
Mighty Mike Reid:
Okay, I know what you get now.
Jessica Claycomb:
Go. See you guys later. Have a good day.
Mark Success Team:
Thank you, Jessica.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Okay.
Dawn Hartwell:
I
Rhino Justice:
Bye, Jessica.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Okay. Yeah. Not not a problem. Not a problem. I'll text you and you just let me know if you need us. All right. Hey, thanks a lot.
Rhino Justice:
All right, have a great week.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Thanks, Jenny. Talk to you soon.

00:58:55

Dawn Hartwell:
Bye Natasha.
Mighty Mike Reid:
All right. Sorry, guys. Hopefully you had a good conversation with me gone.
CTP INTL:
had a good conversation on God. Yeah. Yeah. Mike had to order his lunch.
Mighty Mike Reid:
That's funny. Yeah, that's funny. No, I actually had um I actually had a call. So, I always say answer your phone. Answer your phone. I'm telling you, like this lady just called and she wants a dumpster for three weeks. You would normally charge $400 a week. And she's like, "Well, that's a lot. I need it for three weeks." I said, "Well, if you do cash, 800 bucks cash, I'll deliver it today and do three weeks still." And she's like, "Done." So, I was like, you know, you just the phone ringing. So, marketing, the phone ringing, money in your pocket, in your bank, right? It's just like it I don't know.

00:59:53

Mighty Mike Reid:
Like I feel like once you learn this concept of marketing, providing a great service, just nailing Google My Business, like if you struggle at all to make money, this what I'm teaching my son, you know, he's 23 years old and I'm like, you got to have a hustle. Like right away, none of my kids wanted to serve papers. I'm like, it's a it's the easiest way to make money is to serve legal documents. It really is. You knock on the door, they answer, you give them a piece of you give them a piece of paper and you go, "Have a good day." And you do a proof of service, which now with software is so easy and you make money. You know, you guys know this. You're all here. You're all here making that making that bank. So, that was cool. Jessica's answering service. The thing I would be worried about uh if you're just getting started when it comes to that type of answering service, just a word of caution, is that a lot of the things you learn when you're first starting is on the phone.

01:00:52

Mighty Mike Reid:
You answer the phone, the person asks a question, you have no idea what they're asking. You fake it. You say, "Oh, yeah, we do that." You hang up the phone. You call Mike or you call Charles. You call Don and you say, "What's a writ?" Okay. How do I How do I issue a RIT? How do I serve a RIT? What about an a default? How do I do all this? And then you call back the customer and you go, "Oh, yeah." And just I'll give you this tidbit. You know, uh you when someone calls and you don't know what they're talking about, just be like, "Oh, yeah. We do that." They go like, "Oh." And they ask a question you don't know the answer to. You go, "You know what? I'm actually going to have so and so call you back.

01:01:33

Mighty Mike Reid:
Mike call you back on this. uh he's actually our expert in that. Like I could tell you about it, but he knows way more about it and and or someone else. Doesn't have to be me. That sounds terrible. Uh but he this person knows way more about it than me and or they know the pricing better. Uh how to price it better. Could I have him give you a car back? Yeah. What's your name? Blah blah blah. Okay. Here's the number. And then I'm telling you like all of this stuff is figure outable. You know, I went and learned from just one thing about evictions from Chad Chad Barger in in California in the armpit of California, Bakersfield area. And uh he told me about evictions and he told me about uh uh Ritz and they charge only $20. The the whole framework for how they did evictions.

01:02:22

Mighty Mike Reid:
And then I was after I learned that and went through the process with this one client, when somebody would call me back and say, "We're trying to find someone to handle all of our evictions in that area." Uh, I would give them this bill, the the default, how we have a default on in the calendar and and and we process that and the attorney doesn't even have to show it to court because we get the default filed so that so to keep an answer from getting on file the same day that it's uh that you could do it like as soon as that morning you're able to do it. And they would just that's exactly what they wanted to hear because they don't want the attorney to have to show up if he doesn't have to. And so you'd land that client. What matters to property managers? What matters to criminal defense attorneys who are serving subpoenas? They want someone who can skip trace people, who's willing to sit outside of an AA meeting and wait for a guy to serve them, right?

01:03:16

Mighty Mike Reid:
They want So, you have to understand what's important to the different customer types. Uh, so that when they call, you know, how to sell them. And if you don't answer the phone as a new server, you may never learn that. Does that make sense? you're going to get an attorney who might just go, "Uh, I just want to talk to somebody." But Jessica is actually in a really cool position where she is getting too much business for where she's at. And she's like, "Let me raise my prices." And people are still hiring her for a same day service, paying $600, $700. So, if that's, you know, once you get over $10,000, $20,000 per month, you start reaching those numbers, you you set up the online phone system. You set up that you raise your prices. You don't care about paying a transaction fee because or charging extra because you're going to pay your own credit card fees, you know. So, Adele, did you just put your hand up?

01:04:11

Rhino Justice:
No, sorry. That's probably from before.
Mighty Mike Reid:
I was like, she's just hanging out here. Cool. Well, I have a meeting with I think there's a way for me to say lower hand, but I didn't see.
Rhino Justice:
There should be a there should be a feature once like you say your thing, it like raises down.
Mighty Mike Reid:
Yeah, that's cool. Well, guys, it's been fun. Um, I feel like this was only like 20 minutes. I feel like we kind of blew through some stuff, but yeah, full day of meetings that I'm going to meet with the developer and hopefully push them. I know they've done a lot of work. They just haven't pushed it to the live version yet. So, here in the next two days, um, if you come back like on Thursday, let's say, you should see a much different, uh, uh, software, much different platform, which I'm excited about. It's going to be cool. And I have the Texas conference this weekend, me and my son.

01:04:57

Mighty Mike Reid: I'm bringing my son to his first process server conference. He's going to be working the booth for me while I'm speaking and um, networking and doing all the things. And, uh, get 50% off websites.
Rhino Justice: Nice.
Mighty Mike Reid: That's what we're doing. Uh, we always give away a curved monitor or a body cam or something fun at the conferences. And Texas, if you haven't been to a Texas conference and you're anywhere close by, go because they have a blast. One year they did we did a fashion show where I literally dressed up and had a big old hat on and we like do go across the catwalk and they record. Another one we did like Nerf guns, shooting each other with Nerf guns. Just imagine 60 most mostly old people. Mostly old people shooting each other with Nerf guns. It's pretty fun. Oh yeah, I made one lady cry. So anyways, um I'm just kidding. I gota tell who's paying attention here. All right, you guys. Well, thank you so much. Take care. Be safe as always. Live Marty. We'll see you guys. Thank you.
CTP INTL: Bye, Edge.
Mark Success Team: I
CTP INTL: Oh, bye, Mike. Oh, bye, Mike.
Mighty Mike Reid: What about me?
CTP INTL: What about me? You too, Mike.
Mighty Mike Reid: Just rude.
CTP INTL: That's rude.
Mighty Mike Reid: It's my birthday.
CTP INTL: My birthday.
Mighty Mike Reid: It was even my
CTP INTL: It was even my birthday.
